Cholesterol is not the problem. Damaged arteries is the problem. Cholesterol comes along and patches the damage in the arteries, and then builds up. You must fix the damage to the arteries. The damage is caused by inflammation. Sugar causes inflammation. Highly processed refined foods. Seed oils cause inflammation. High glucose levels. When your arteries get damaged inside, cholesterol comes along to patch the damage. Of course if you have the wrong kinds of cholesterol at high levels, the build up can become restrictive. D3 with k2 is definitely needed to reduce build up. But, those arteries need to be protected from damage in the first place. Get serious about what you consume. Nothing good comes out of a can, package or box. Eat fresh whole foods. Stay away from sugar, grains, potatoes (except Okinowan purple), omega 6 oils which all contribute to inflammation and are not good for your arteries. Mediterranean high in vegetables, lots of leafy green salads, quality olive oils, clean organic proteins and regular exercise. Add in super foods high in antioxidants and fermented foods like Natto (definitely daily), kim chee and you are on a good path to great cardiac health. I am doing this and my calcium score went from 283 to 153 in a year. Angiogram showed a 20% reduction in occluded arteries within months (and continuing to improve). I will continue on this path to see how low I can get my calcium score. In the process I am healing my artery linings and avoiding inflammation. You can do it too. Stop pretending you’re invisible with that bad diet and lack of exercise!

"reversing" CAD (to me) would mean having plaque go away. If you can't get rid of the plaque then it CAN'T be reversed! The use of the word "reverse" would be deceptive if it doesn't mean have the plaque go away. So my question is, can I make my plaque go away if I do the right things?

As I understand it, soft plaque build ups can be reversed with a high enough HDL and eliminated inflammatory condition, but once the plaque is behind a scab or calcified, you are stuck with it. However doing all the good things will mean it becomes stabilised and presents a reduced risk of breaking off and causing a stroke.

80% stenosis of dist. RCA. 70% stenosis of med RCA.
    Diagnoses:
    1. coronary triple barrel disease.
    - Coronary angiography elective with diagnosis of CHD on cardiac CT on 13.07.2023:
    - Sign. proximal RIVA stenosis.
    - RCX with long wall changes and sign. Stenoses proximal and in the middle section
    - RIM with intermediate stenosis proximally
    - RCA diffuse wall-angulated with sign. Stenoses proximal and distal
    - Lavographically normal LVEF. no reg. motility impulses
    - Cardiac CT in advance (Chur) with electrically path. Ergometry: diagnosis of CHD, Ca-score >1000
    - CyRF: Art. Hypertension
Assessment: The 47-year-old patient is found to have quite advanced coronary three-vessel disease for his age with significant stenoses in the proximal RIVA, RCX and RCA. Stenoses in the proximal RIVA, RCX and RCA. The vessels have diffuse wall changes, but the connecting segments for an ACBP would be relatively small. The LVEF is normal. I discussed the findings with the patient at length and told him that the findings were not suitable for percutaneous revascularization. With the patient completely symptom-free, we decided to perform a cardiac MRI with a question about the extent of ischaemia. Then we discussed ACBP vs. drug therapy. In addition to the established medication, I prescribed atorvastatin and bisoprolol.

Have you did any research on cayenne pepper, or have you read the book “Left for dead” by Dick Quinn? Very interesting testimony from Mr Quinn. The book is a bit dated, but pretty accurate. I take a cayenne concoction twice daily and it has really helped me. You not having symptoms with advanced coronary three vessel disease is unbelievable. I have single vessel LAD mid 50% and distal 70% discrete lesion with bridging from mid to distal, with symptoms. It may be from the bridging.

@@phillipgriffiths9624 Hi, Thank you. I started with 500 mg, and now I am taking 1 gram (500 mg 2xd). How many years would it take to reverse at least 1% of clogged arteries?

@@captainadams7569 Sir, Thank you very much. I thought I had replied to your comment, but something must have gone wrong. No, I have not done any research on cayenne pepper, nor have I read the book "Left for Dead" by Dick Quinn. I will do so next month. I have been reading a lot of scientific papers every day. It's true, fortunately, I have no symptoms. Last Sunday I walked for about 4 hours with over an hour of cardio. I didn't have any symptoms except for some pain in the right area. Before weeks, I had a vascular examination - an arterial duplex ultrasound. It showed that both my leg arteries (anterior tibial arteries) are 100% blocked, but the blood flow is not yet affected. I am taking 20 mg statin, K2-MK 7, Vit.D3, Magnesium, aspirin 100 mg daily. I walk about 5 km and try to do 30 minutes of cardio daily. All the best
