Hi, your videos are really helpful! I'm currently struggling with a tfcc tear from playing golf. I'm currently wearing a wrist widget and doing some resistance band exercises twice a day. Mainly just flexion, extension, abduction, adduction. I was wondering if theres any other exercises or therapy that you would recommend? My main symptoms are a popping when I rotate my wrist and just a general dull aching after exercise. Thankyou so much!
I will post a video of using tiny scraping tool for you - not sure I can add to this reply. Maybe the popping is from some tension on the tendon and the sensory nerve is adhered to the tendon.
