I can't even listen to Bowlestrek in a "so bad it's good" way, he used to engross me with famous lines like, "and then Graham has to go to the bathroom, because old white men need to pee I guess" but these really are just the rants of a lunatic now. Not even reviews, it's just saying what happened but insert a "quip" now and then about how everything is shit and now one cares. Like literally back in his series 12 "reviews" whenever he couldn't make a negative point in a scene he would just say what happened in said scene and then say, "but I don't care" or "but no one actually cares" IF YOU DON'T CARE JUST STOP MAKING THESE VIDEOS AND LEAVE THE CRITIQUES TO THE LEVEL HEADED ADULTS!!!!!!! Yknow I have always wondered why he gets such a thrill from ripping into something he knows he'll hate, but as soon as this popped into my sub feed I had the popcorn ready to rip into him, so, guess I'm part of the problem?
I didn't know this! Despite being a whovian since 2005, I've not had the chance to fully watch the classic series (even though I have a lot of knowledge of it based on research and hearing from other fans). Thanks for teaching me something new!!
CORRECTION: At 40:55 I said 2021 instead of 2020. I'm still on my honeymoon, but this was recorded almost 2 weeks ago; before the casting of Ncuti Gatwa as the 14th Doctor. Predictably, Bowlestrek got very angry about this casting on Twitter. It was very funny.
@@ryanhindley174 from what I can tell (and having spoken to some Irish people) being from England, Scotland or Northern Ireland technically makes you "British". Being from England makes you "English". If you're from Ireland, it's a much more complicated topic. But Thaddea was raised since she was 1 in Northern Ireland, so is (legally) considered British.
@@ryanhindley174 oh, I absolutely get it. When I said it in the video (as mentioned, it's un-scripted) I quickled Googled where Thaddea was raised and saw it was Northern Ireland. If that wasn't the case, I would have clarified a bit more in the video.
Lol, and Bowlestrek liked Peter at some point, right? I hope his heart is thouroughly broken, I hope he has to cry himself to sleep at night because Capaldi betrayed him lmao.
@@tylerbailey9329 Nah, I bet that during Capaldi's tenure, Bowlestrek was _still_ calling Doctor Who woke SJW politically correct garbage. He's a reactionary. His only purpose is to get mad at current trends and wax nostalgic about past trends.
No true fan of Doctor Who is racist. You called this person out with complete ease. It's easy to point out and laugh at an idiot and YOU have made this entertaining and insightful. You may not be speaking on behalf of all Who fans but you speak for me. THANK YOU.❤
As someone from London (sort of) I find it really weird and jarring when alt-right Americans talk about what they've heard London is like based on some Facebook post written by someone who's probably never been here either
everytime I see anything in the news about London its either migrants stabbing people or complaints about a vegetable knife being taken, though I dont see much about Lo don in my news feed here in the middle of the US
But... Sontarans have recurringly been shown to have difficulty with gender. Way back with 11 and Strax, 11 mentions that 2 genders is too much for the clone race and Strax frequently gets genders (and hair) wrong. So the fact the Sontarans don't mention or even acknowledge that the Doctor is now a woman is not even a factor worth mentioning. You'd think Bowlestrek being a HUGE Dr Who fan, he'd know that...
And even that was a reference to how, in their very *first* appearance during 3's era, the sontaran didn't even know what a girl *was* and wondered if Sarah Jane was a member of a completely different species.
I’ve never understood how people do it. How they spend their lives so much on just anger and misery. It must get boring after a while. Spending all your time on the Internet yelling about something that you also claim means nothing. And I though the whole “Forever yelling critic” was kind of disappearing from culture now. Like, watch a modern Nostalgia Critic review, he’s become closer to a video essayist at this point.
Yeah while I've not particularly enjoyed Chibnall's run, if I ever got close to actually hating the show I would just stop watching it till the next showrunner took over. As much real-estate as Who takes up in my mind its not like there's not a tsunami of novels/comics & audio dramas (seriously Big Finish calm down! Your going to run out of characters and have to commission a Benni's wife boxset at this rate)
@@Faction.Paradox I was not a fan of the Capaldi's era but there were a few decent episodes. I never once thought of stopping to watch the show but maybe my enthusism was not quite there. But I knew in time there would be another doctor and there was and despite not being very popular I enjoy Jodie far more. Now another doctor is soon to arrive and hopefully will be great, only time will tell
Ik it’s crazy I remember in the good old days before Jodie when they didn’t have forced diversity companions like Mickey or Martha and they didn’t get involved with politics, unlike those new neo-Marxist episodes like Aliens of London and Torchwood series 3 which paints the Tory/Labour government as corrupt. Edit: was the sarcasm heavy enough? Lol I think people have legit criticisms of the way politics is approached in the show but all of it seems to boil down to “look a gay kiss” or something
Dont forget the Christmas invasion where the dr literally interferes with our political system and brings down the career of the prime minister because he disagrees with her.
Exactly! Can you imagine if they added politics to classic who and had the third doctor be anti-war/pollution or had the fourth doctor take on an allegory of the IRS.......
Ah yes Diane rejected Dan cos he’s *checks notes* white not the fact she’s clearly just been through a traumatic experience and needs time to process it Which as we’ve seen now she’s had time to and has decided to try talking to him again
Something that convinces me Bowlestrek is full of shit when he claims to be a true Doctor Who fan, whenever he references pre-2018 Doctor Who, it's always general consensus statements that feel like something a fan club would say "One of the best episodes, a great Doctor, a beloved monster, etc etc" But it's never anything personal to him, I've never once heard him say "My favourite this" or "My personal that" He's been doing this for over five years and yet has he ever once said what is his favourite Doctor/companion/monster/episode/extended universe story?
Yeah, I've noticed that as well. If the current era is so terrible to him then why doesn't he ever review stories or eras that he does like? It's because he doesn't actually care about the show. He just *needs* to be miserable.
The same could be said about Kevin from talkRADIO. We all know he doesn’t care about Doctor Who but he loves to pretend that he used to be a fan. But I guarantee he couldn’t even name five post-Chibnall stories
@@DrWhoFanJ "I don’t think anyone could name POST-Chibnall stories; they haven’t even been made yet!" Not with *that* attitude! (And *you* call yourself a time travel TV show fan?!)

It's infuriating that in a series, like flux, where there is so much to critique that these people can only focus on the skin colour of the actors. Their cognitive abilities are literally blinded by racism. His reviews are so bad faith and misleading, reading into tiny details and just inventing some connection to the hidden agenda of the BBC, his media literacy is infantile.
Maybe, but if someone is spreading racism cause they think it will sell, they are functionality the same as someone spreading racism because they genuinely believe it.
Nah I think he just didn't think about things critically and fell down a right-wing media rabbit hole. He was just parroting things he heard since 2015 without thinking about it too much. They start by feeding reasonable sounding criticisms and lead up to the type of racist BS he was saying.
The Sontaran leader didn't reference the Doctor being a woman. He doesn't even know what women are. See Linx in The Time Warrior, the first Sontaran story: LINX: What is this? IRONGRON: Eh? Oh, just a girl taken in the forest. LINX: Girl? You have two species on this planet? IRONGRON: How say you? LINX: The girl is not of your kind, Irongron. The hair is finer, the thorax of a different construction. IRONGRON: Oh, hell's teeth, have you no girls beyond the stars? No women to do the lowly work? LINX: Ah, I understand. You have a primary and secondary reproductive cycle. It is an inefficient system, you should change it.
I find it hilarious how they refer to leftists as snowflakes yet.. just checking out the current comments from daily mail readers regarding the new doctor seem to indicate the opposite.
Conservatives: Hah, look at all those leftist snowflakes getting offended over everything. Also Conservatives when they say a person of colour: (Pure Anger) Speaking of the Daily Mail, I literally read an article in there about how furious the writer of the article was that the BBFC made Bedknobs and Broomsticks a PG. Literally. That was printed in a National Newspaper.
The right-wing exists as an apology network for snowflakes who cry all night worried about diversity and equality ruining their way of life, they whine and moan about crap that doesn't really matter because they can't provide any real solutions to any real problems that Do matter.
Yeah. They just have this ideology they’re insistent on pushing (I don’t even get what ideology it is beyond just blatant white supremacy) to the point when they sacrifice real criticism, and make it so much harder for people with interesting analysis because defenders of the show will just think that they’re of the same ilk when they’re not. Jay Exci is not like Bowlstrek, Full Fat Videos is not like Nerdrotic, and while I do disagree with both of their conclusions about the show under Chibnall (I personally like it), I’ll take Exci’s five hour analysis over literally single word that Bowlestrek has ever said.
Nerdrotic isn’t too bad. He’s overly critical of other media but I agree with his negativity towards the Chibnall era. Hopefully Ncuti and RTD recover the series.
As a fan from the 1980s onwards, I’d like to say I don’t consider this racist piece of crap a “real fan” and wish he’d stop acting like his angry nonsense is how the majority thinks. Who isn’t for people who basically agree with the worldview of the DALEKS. Great debunking of him, MR TARDIS.
Yeah I think he'd be like the human Dalek collaborator from Remembrance of the Daleks....if he even had the courage to own his fascism that like character does
I'm sorry, but bowlestrek is not a doctor who fan. How can you call yourself a fan of the show that preaches kindness, love, peace, equality and to treat people right, while you yourself are a raging misogynistic, transphobic, homophobic racist...??? He goes against everything the show stands for and he calls himself a fan of this show. If he was a character in doctor who, the Doctor would hate him. The cast would hate him if they met him and knew what he was like. I feel extremely sorry for Peter Capaldi for having to take a picture with this man.
Could not agree with this sentiment more. It absolute boggles the mind how they can claim to be fans while simultaneously contradicting the ethos that is at the very heart of the show. 🤯 He even has the audacity to put Trek in his name, yet another show which reflects similar positivity to Doctor Who. Thank goodness Mr T can trawl thorough this nonsense, saves me agony of watching any of the 'hater fans' videos.
@@costelinha1867 he hasn't got the charisma to be an actual villain lmao. He'd be the asshole of the episode like the guy in Voyage of the Damned and Jack Robertson
How did Chibnall "destroy" the Sontarans here? They were characterised just fine, with the same mix of grotesquery and humour Robert Holmes used. And they looked good too, not like Moffat's Silurians.
To be fair, if a star is extinguished nearby (say 40 light years) in 1981 we'd only just notice it now. Galaxies billions of light years away won't be noticed until ours is nearly dead.

20:39 _"It's the Sontarans; time for Chibs to wreck yet another iconic Doctor Who villain"_ -- For me, Chibnall's rehabilitation of the Sontarans was among the few genuinely great things his era has achieved, and he also did a decent job with the Master, Cybermen and Daleks. IMHO, his only misfire in terms of iconic villains was what he did with the Sea Devils.
The thing I hate about this kind of poisonous bs is that they try to make out they’re speaking for everyone….I dunno, maybe they’re just delusional enough to think they are? But I’m pretty sure they know they’re not, but like to pretend they have backing, that disgusting, backward, misogynistic world views like theirs are mainstream……we REALLY need to disabuse them of this notion in very VERY clear terms. They’d seriously be funny if they weren’t so hateful….they’re just sickening.
I think it is so weird that someone who apparently likes Doctor Who being a racist/sexist/homophobe etc is so strange because those outdated viewpoints are antithetical to the entire Doctor Who franchise, in terms of its messaging and concepts. Doctor who is and always has been a pretty forward-thinking show!! What a weird, confused, hate-filled person this Bowlestrek is. My theory is that he has never been a fan and sees the doctor who community as mainly forward-thinking people and just *has* to insert his ridiculous and outdated viewpoints in a review-like system for a show that he would claim he likes and has since been “ruined” by progressiveness, but in fact… he’s never been a fan.
I don't know enough about Bowlestreck's biography, but there's a long history of fans of forward-thinking franchises hating the current era of said franchise for being forward-thinking. This probably has to do with them seeing the earlier material before they had the sort of critical thinking skills to notice it, and/or what was progressive at the time they simply internalized as normal without contextualizing it against the then-current culture.
@@natsmith303 oh definitely. I’m sure they don’t have any joy in anything anymore either, honestly. On a side note, maybe “Cultivated Media” is the kind of place that is really just trying to cultivate a culture racism, homophobia, sexism, and bigotry. Maybe that’s why they’re called that, because they’re just trying so hard (although they do such a shifty job at it) of making a platform for neo-nazism.
Could be people were fine up to a point and then some political BS wheedled it's way into their (lack of) thinking and suddenly everything after said point is seen with this new craptastic viewpoint in mind, coloring (pardon pun) everything they now see as part of some imagined evil liberal plot to make them, Nay! Force them, to recognize a progressive viewpoint, that sadly something has convinced them is now a bad thing. In short: they were fine and then one day got infected by the right-wing selfish-asshole club of bullshit excuses for not wanting to be decent human beings. Rather like Nerdrotic probably started out as a fanboy but slowly got turned to the dark side of the force, seeing everything as evil and insipid when in fact it's just ordinarily lame or not perfect, he, and others like him, are just too politicized to see the difference anymore.
@@natsmith303 See much of a discourse about the new Star Trek shows, you could basically do a find a replace on character names and the rest of the "criticism" would be identical. Note - I am not saying that anyone who outright dislikes or has problems with the new Trek shows are in any way automatically bigoted like Bowlestrek. Only that many actual bigots (im sure with some overlap) are using all the same empty buzzwords & intentionally nebulous phrases . Seriously , read the IMDB reviews and see how many uses of "woke" "pc" "box checking" & "forced diversity" there are, its as if they send out a call centre cheat sheet talking points for them to use.
I agree with you, and I feel the exact same way about Trekkies (Star Trek fans, aka "Trekkers") who are racist/sexist/homophobic or otherwise bigoted. Because the show has ALWAYS been about equality and egalitarianism and tolerance and diversity and pluralism! The core philosophy of Star Trek is said *in* Star Trek, disguised as the "Vulcan philosophy of IDIC" - Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations, which says that we should not only just *tolerate* diversity and differences...but CELEBRATE THEM. And the "anti-SJW", "anti-Woke" critics of Star Trek - who are the same critics of Doctor Who, and Marvel, Star Wars, etc, - all have same narrative claiming that these shows were NEVER "woke" or "political" or "PC" before (code words for TV/streaming shows, movies, etc portraying diversity, having minorities, LGBTQ+ in the cast, having strong women characters, promoting equality, etc.) where never "political" before, until this vast "Woke/SJW" conspiracy took over Hollywood and the BBC and Marvel and Disney and all the tv stations to promote their "SJW agenda". Except these shows ALWAYS have told stories with a progressive perspective. What's really funny is that I remember back in the late 1980's when Star Trek: The Next Generation premiered, and conservatives claimed that "Star Trek has changed" and "it isn't real Star Trek anymore" and "Star Trek has gone PC" ("PC" back then, meant what labels like "woke" and "SJW" ("Social Justice Warrior") mean today. Well, mean the same to the same type of people.) These people are all the same...then and now.
I really hope Series 14 is one of the best series of New Who just for Bowlestrek to review each episode (despite quitting the show again again again) and say that its bad just to show how bigoted he is again again again agai- you get my point.
They are so "speciefistic" they cast humans all the time, when the cast requires aliens from other planets: Budgetary reasons, Zygons don't like to be on camera, so it is cheaper to latex-face some people and let them pretend to be alien refugees. Skin colour is a special-effect, mostly achieved by solar UV-light. If your melanin production is not high enough, you are only good for skin-cancer (or hide away in mom's basement and live an internet life).

Its sad that Jodie's era has been marred by vile online sexist abuse, and now - unsurprisingly - we are getting racism from the same quarter. Bowlestrek needs to calm down and wait to see what Ncuti Gatwa's going to be like as the Doctor before condemning him because of his skin colour. RTD cast two Doctors before, and I trust his judgment 100%.
It's very sad that Jodie Whittaker has been undeserving being torn apart. People like bowlestrek forget that Jodie Whittaker is just an actress doing her job.
I forgot how vile the comments were when Jodie Whittaker was first announced as the Doctor. Doctor Who "fans" making crude remarks you'd think were from 1913.

The way he nicknames all the characters he doesnt like feels so childish. I saw bits and pieces of Jay Excis stream, but man, this video really shows off how discriminatory bowlstrek is
Mr TARDIS actually calls him out, Jay was not going hard enough on him IMO. I understand it's different when you're directly talking to him, but Jay still should've challenged Bowlestrek a lot more vigorously.
I haven’t seen Bowlestrek’s reaction to Ncuti Gatwa’s 14th Doctor casting if he’s said something yet. If he has recently, I wonder how pissed he was that black man is the new Doctor.
I'm so glad that you made this. I used to watch Bowlestrek's videos but after a while they just started rubbing me the wrong way. I'm no fan of the 13th Doctor (just as I wasn't of the 6th and 7th) but a lot of his comments seemed like thinly veiled... well racism. I may be wrong. He could just be incredibly angry when he records his voice-overs and it just comes out sounding that way, There's another Who/pop-culture channel that I stopped watching as well. I liked the ideas that were expressed but not in the way they were BEING expressed. And others have just resorted to using click-bait "LEAK! LEAK! Given that History Debunked has chipped in on Dr Who this last week, I think Bowlestrek may have some competition in the 'most racist Dr Who fan' stakes.
at this point I firmly believe that he calls himself a DW fan for the money, so he can rant about the show and be a bigot while doing money. There is no way he is a real fan of a show like DW and speak the way he does.
20:03 I'm no historian just very interested, in fact I want to read up on the Crimean war, but as far as I know Bowlestrek got that controversy backwards: Nightingale got the credit for stuff Seacole deserved because of rascism and Seacole being poor while Nightingale could publish more of her stuff and get more recognition in life. Not giving Bowles the benefit of the doubt that he just messed up. ruclips.net/video/u5pSbe-9bNQ/видео.html
I've read Mary Seacole's auto-biography, she doesn't use racial slurs but uses other terms that were technical racial terms in her time (one being an 'n' word ending in 'o').
This guy's brain is like an impossible puzzle to solve. He says he is/was a fan of the show yet complains about people of different colour, sexuality, gender, creed being on it. Even more baffling is how he liked the Russell T. Davies era despite featuring those things he dislikes (Martha and her family; pansexual Jack Harkness played by gay John Barrowman; fellow gay actor Sir Derek Jacobi as the Master; Rose and Mickey; Donna being the DoctorDonna, etc). Plus there's stuff in the Classic era like Planet of the Spiders heavily featuring Buddhism, female companion Zoe Heriot showing she can be smarter than even the Doctor, Romana being a Time Lady companion who's on the Doctor's level if not more so, a black astronaut in The Tenth Planet, Survival having intended lesbian subtext between Ace and Cheetah girl Karra. It's impossible to figure out what kind of standard he has for how little he'd like to see people that aren't not him appear. I enjoy seeing him ripped into. You, dude, actually restored my faith in the fandom after coming across so many people like him 'critiquing' the show.
Bowl just tries to find anything and everything to be angry about, doesn't he? He's so damn ignorant. There are people who have opinions, and then there are people who just hate for no god damn reason, he doesn't have to watch the show if he doesn't enjoy it, he ain't no fan, he is just a racist. His racist arguments are as weak as Hitler's moustache. Loved Mr TARDIS' clever deconstruction of his video, respect to you mate!
I love how these channels always state that they don't care about the show, yet they feel the need to constantly rant about it. I honestly believe that if doctor who did get cancelled again, they'd shit themselves, because they'd just immediately lose like half there content and revenue.
Are we sure he isn't just using a soundboard at the end? Button for each character name, button for pointless scene, button for diversity quota! Honestly I'd love to see you interviewing him and see if he can manage to answer your questions (I bet he can’t)!
Looking at his subs and views, it’s pretty clear that he’s only doing this for the clicks. Quite why there are people out there that, not only watch this kind of thing, but also continue to watch this over and over, is beyond me. Even if you don’t like this current era, there are far better critiques out there than this.

I used to watch all his videos back when series 11 came out. He seemed to share my and many feelings on the the huge disappointment that was S11. However I began no notice his obsessive fixation on race and "wokeness" as time went on. Your video is eye opening. I must say Nerdrotic, who used to (back during S11) do streams with him hasn't done any with him for a long time, I think. All his videos are simply unpleasant to listen to nowadays, let alone all the bigotry.
The way I see it, using "woke" as an insult or a source of drama is a *huge* red flag for a RUclipsr, especially if they keep putting the word in their thumbnails.
You say you didn't have to prepare for your response to his video. Lucky you. I've had to book in a few therapy sessions & down a bottle of wine before even attempting to listen to his garbage 😂
i wouldn't say Jodie's era was the worst. I personally would rather call it "underwhelming". Jodie's first full episode to me is the one that represents her doctor the best imo
Is it me, or did the dissing of Doctor Who begin the moment BBC started to play it across the pond? xD The first wtf moment was after the episode Deep Breath came out, where Madame Vastra and Jenny kiss and the internet went crazy and I was just like...did they not see previous seasons? xD Doctor Who embraces everything and everyone and doesn't make a fuss about any of it, that's the best part of it. I love British TV exactly because of that - things are the way they are and the characters are who they are, they don't make a big deal out of it. If the writing is good, the message is conveyed without practically breaking the 4th wall by addressing every single thing just to make sure the viewers understand "what we've learned from this episode". Like we're five.
I remember clicking on one of his videos when Whittaker was announced as the Thirteenth Doctor, and it opened up with him saying something along the lines of "How about instead of immediately calling me sexist, you actually listen to my criticisms of this casting?" I immediately clicked off. I'm sorry, Mr. Bowl, but "there are too many women and minorities in this show" is not a legitimate criticism.
Funnily enough, if the Doctor existed and heard Bowlstrek's views, the Doctor would call him out on it with Bowlstrek then calling him/her a "woketard"
Bowlestrek is like a guy who only now discovered early Nostalgia Critic videos and understood the concept "saying this is the worst thing ever" mixed with pop culture references but has no clue on pop culture and bigotry is a substitute for media analysis.
With the added bonus that Toilet Bowl is like all of Doug Walker's negative traits (his ego, turning a blind eye to sexual harassment etc) on steroids.
I have to admit, sometimes I've had my moments where I feel like a really shitty person, then I'm reminded that people like Bowlestrek exist and I think to myself. "You know, maybe I could be a lot worse."
Only British people understand Doctor Who it's always been a mix bag from the first time I ever watched it in the late 70s early 80s I'm English and a life long fan good or bad
I used to be subscribed to bowelstrek. I really don’t know what happened to him. As a kid he made me want to start collecting classic who dvds. Very sad. It’s really a waste of time and energy to make content that is just solely based on hating a show you once loved.
I'm not a big fan, of the thirteenth doctors era because I don't really like a lot of the stories, but I don't think I'd give near as much hate as this man. He just really seems to love insulting all of the actors for either performance, racist reasons, or both. Bowlestrek is really just off the deep end and I can't even imagine from this video that he has ever cared about Doctor Who, at least not in earnest.
Ah yes, Scrooge McDuck, a reference to that beloved apolitical piece of nondescript media, How the Muppets Stole Christmas. Personally, telling everyone "Happy Holidays" without hesitation was not that bad a plan for them. Shame about the ending, though. Apparently it was supposed to end with the Muppets' arrest, but it got cut for being "too out-there for this PC world", and got replaced with a climactic yet admittedly hilarious battle involving swallows. (/s in case it ain't obvious)
As someone with an elementary school knowledge of history, "Now governments are giving special privileges and treatment to certain religions or groups..." strikes me as a hilarious statement. When did governments STOP doing that? They've been doing it for pretty much all of history, this is just a guy who is upset that the government isn't doing it harder in his own favor.
My dad is not happy that the Doctor is going to be black, but my mum told him they can be either white, or black. I’m actually glad that a African American (even though he’s not American) got to be the Doctor.
I don't get why *anyone* would be upset about a shapeshifting alien who can be anything regenerating into a woman and/or poc. It makes perfect sense in the show itself! This is the one show where really anyone can play the role!
I just hope he doesn't have that bleached hair as the Doctor like I've seen in some pictures. I don't think that's a good look for the Doctor. His natural color will work fine.

You do Bowlestrek a real dis-service by suggesting "On-screen quota requirements" is a reference to Vinder's race... it's clearly a reference to having a black guy AND a disabled female in the same scene.
He probably called Williamson Scrooge McDuck because he meant Ebenezer Scrooge but either doesn’t know the latter exists and just assumes Scrooge McDuck is the Scrooge everyone talks about or thought it made it sound more outrageous.
yes, this is unhinged. omg! my dad can be this way sometimes and I feel sorry that he just can't get over his attitude to gender and race. but, and here's the difference, he CAN see past it occasionally- he has some insight, the kind of insight that I doubt bowelstreak has. as for the nerdrotic clip at the end, I started watching that out of curiosity- it's as far I got because i was disgusted. jeez... I'm left speechless.
Criticism of this Doctor Who era has gotten so bad that I started warning people to don't click on any negative videos of this era since the chance of RUclips recommending good negative criticism videos of this era is lower than the percentage of Ben 10 fans accepting Ben 10 losing a Death Battle against Green Lantern. It's a 50 50 chance of either getting a not my doctor video claiming wokeness is bad or a not my doctor lite video that is hell bent on hating the Chibnall era as the worst over a stupid nitpick.
Ive been looking through bowlestrek's account just to see his history He started out talking about DVD boxsets, mostly classic and new who And his opinions on films like solo were calm and collected Im trying to find the point in his videos where started to end up like...this Also its worth mentioning his account seems to be archived...AKA abandoned
You really are part of it.

everytime I see anything in the news about London its either migrants stabbing people or complaints about a vegetable knife being taken, though I dont see much about Lo don in my news feed here in the middle of the US

He's been doing this for over five years and yet has he ever once said what is his favourite Doctor/companion/monster/episode/extended universe story?

If the current era is so terrible to him then why doesn't he ever review stories or eras that he does like?
It's because he doesn't actually care about the show. He just *needs* to be miserable.

Well, mean the same to the same type of people.)
These people are all the same...then and now.

Proves he has no worth of even been considered a fan.
I’m pretty sure he’s doing it for the clicks.
They’ll move on to the next thing to shit on, like the parasites they are.
I'm glad I found channels like yours, late to the party, etc instead of watching bowelsrek or nerdrotic.
I was laughing at the Victory of the Daleks analogy for a good 5 minutes. My stomach hurts from laughing too much.
I was already happy about Ncuti Gatwa being the 14th doctor but now I’m a thousand times happier knowing that Bowlestrek is losing his shit.
Bowlestrek would make a good Kaled soldier
AKA Nazi
HE WOULD MAKE A GOOD DAL-EK! OBEY! OBEY!

Bowelstrek has been real quiet since this dropped...
Yep.
I have it on good authority that it's not a coincidence.
@@MrTARDIS You're a hero
Yeah, incredible how everybody doesn't thrive on social media.
It's as though people still have lives beyond cyberspace or something.
I respect Jodie Whittaker for doing her best as the doctor and I can’t wait to see her in other projects.
I did not like flux but I respect the cast and crew for doing their best with what they are given
This whole time I didn’t realize that this guy and Nerodtic weren’t the same person
Nerdroric is basically just this guy with better production values.
It's a "show that made us mad" where Blowstreak assumes everyone else agrees with him. What a dope.
So glad someone FINALLY called Bowlestrek what he is.
He is insane.
@Tom Ford
Same thing as far as I can see.
1:03:35-1:03:49 isn't Bowlestrek just describing himself
What it would take for Bowlestrek to be happy is the next Doctor regenerate into Hitler.
take a shot every time bowelstrek says “doctor nasty” in this video… you’d be dead by village of the angels
(and he has the gall to call stuff repetitive…)
@@Quirderph Yeah, its essentially just a buzzword that tries to take the place of actual criticism as well as attract hatred.
You say you didn't have to prepare for your response to his video. Lucky you.
I've had to book in a few therapy sessions & down a bottle of wine before even attempting to listen to his garbage 😂
48:25 this clip needs to be saved for memes and out of context stuff for people like Bowlestrek.
Bowlestrek really sounds like “old man yells at cloud” throughout all of these reviews.
i wouldn't say Jodie's era was the worst. I personally would rather call it "underwhelming". Jodie's first full episode to me is the one that represents her doctor the best imo
Series 7 & 9 are worse in my opinion
This man is probably going to have an aneurysm over Ncuti Gatwa.
He did, and it was hilarious
Like we're five.
you might be right there, I hadn't thought about that before, but it makes perfect sense. The Series 1 kiss between Jack and the Doctor, for example
@@darlig.ulv.bakhjerne Exactly! And Jack is the most fluid character in DW universe! He doesn't care what planet his romantic interests come from. :D
I'd pay to see Bowlestrek watch rememberance of the daleks
I remember clicking on one of his videos when Whittaker was announced as the Thirteenth Doctor, and it opened up with him saying something along the lines of "How about instead of immediately calling me sexist, you actually listen to my criticisms of this casting?" I immediately clicked off. I'm sorry, Mr. Bowl, but "there are too many women and minorities in this show" is not a legitimate criticism.
This is truly the guy 12th punched in that series 10 episode. What a disgrace of a "whovian"
Funnily enough, if the Doctor existed and heard Bowlstrek's views, the Doctor would call him out on it with Bowlstrek then calling him/her a "woketard"
The Doctor has been hearing views like Bowlestrek's since the second full serial...................
If bowelstreak uses "woketard" can we call him "Nazitard"?
The Doctor would punch Bowlstrek in the face before he even had the chance to utter the word "woke"
I doubt Bowelstrek is even a fan. I'm just perplexed. What the hell is he even saying? The guy needs to touch grass and get a life.
33:50 Maria's mum used her size 5s, it's like man who is here to be racist and slag off Doctor Who can't see the silliness behind alien who is a spud
For real, I love the show, but there's really only a select few seasons where I love every episode.
Hey look Bowlstrek cares so little he wrote "Once, Upon A Time" instead of the pun "Once, Upon Time".
Me: (Sees notifications for Mr. Tardis doing another Bowlestrek rant. Grabs a cider and jammy dodgers) Let the fun begin!
Make sure it is a jammy dodger and not the TARDIS self-destruct
I’m curious if he did a review on the racist time traveler in the Rosa Parks episode. A racist reviewing a racist 🤔
He would love the time traveler guy
@@funfairs__uk I just found his review 🤦♀️ ruclips.net/video/FAw1_oQHFhE/видео.html
He called Rosa "racist against white people."
He's beyond pathetic.
@@IsaacWhittakerDakin agree
My dyslexia had me thinking this guy’s name was Bowelstreak. I was so confused. XD;
A more fitting name tbh, and one I exclusively use when referring to him.
Bowelstrek isn't a fan, he's just worked out how to make money out of the IP.
Oh, it was obvious. At this point, mocking him to a severe degree is much more preferable
Can't wait to see you reacting to his more recent reviews, I wonder what he thinks of the 15th Doctor? 🤔🙄
👦🏿=😡?
One of Blowstreak's biggest fans is Adam Dare who always report me for saying Blowstreak is a bigot. Adam Dare is a coward.
THANK YOU, someone is FINALLY calling these people out!!
My dad is not happy that the Doctor is going to be black, but my mum told him they can be either white, or black.
I’m actually glad that a African American (even though he’s not American) got to be the Doctor.
I think you mean Rwandan-Scottish, not African-American, clearly
@@jaguarnero Yes you’re right
I don't get why *anyone* would be upset about a shapeshifting alien who can be anything regenerating into a woman and/or poc. It makes perfect sense in the show itself! This is the one show where really anyone can play the role!
I just hope he doesn't have that bleached hair as the Doctor like I've seen in some pictures. I don't think that's a good look for the Doctor. His natural color will work fine.
@@johnsensebe3153 I believe he bleached his hair for his role specifically in the Barbie movie which he is currently filming
havent even watched the video but I guarantee that he wont make any genuine critical points about flux or series 13 (which I loved, for clarification), but just slag off minorities for ages.
This might honestly be the most cathartic thing you’ve ever done. This was great
Mostly agree with you, just just clarifying - Yaz/ Mandip Gill isn’t black, she’s of Indian descent and her family is from Pakistan in the show.
I'm aware of that, but I don't think Bowlestrek sees a difference.
In the Rosa Parks episode, the racist Sotherners thought she was Mexican. I guess Bowelstrek doesn’t like how the show portrayed his grandparents!
You do Bowlestrek a real dis-service by suggesting "On-screen quota requirements" is a reference to Vinder's race... it's clearly a reference to having a black guy AND a disabled female in the same scene.
The sonic has always been phalic. In fact moffat wrote a joke about in the 50th anniversary.
Waris Hussein should take Bowelstrek’s fandom away from him
You can’t understand the humor in other things when your whole existence is one big joke. He’s a clown.
He probably called Williamson Scrooge McDuck because he meant Ebenezer Scrooge but either doesn’t know the latter exists and just assumes Scrooge McDuck is the Scrooge everyone talks about or thought it made it sound more outrageous.
Surely he should have saved that nickname for the Tenth Doctor?
You cat might be black and white, but he looks a bit like Hitler so Bowlestrek might like him.
You should do a livestream debate with him. It’d be interesting
yes, this is unhinged. omg! my dad can be this way sometimes and I feel sorry that he just can't get over his attitude to gender and race. but, and here's the difference, he CAN see past it occasionally- he has some insight, the kind of insight that I doubt bowelstreak has. as for the nerdrotic clip at the end, I started watching that out of curiosity- it's as far I got because i was disgusted.
Ive been looking through bowlestrek's account just to see his history
He started out talking about DVD boxsets, mostly classic and new who
And his opinions on films like solo were calm and collected
Im trying to find the point in his videos where started to end up like...this
Also its worth mentioning his account seems to be archived...AKA abandoned
