Hallelujah Chorus - Do it yourself Messiah 2013

The Hallelujah Chorus performed at the 38th Annual Do It Yourself Messiah at the Harris Theater in Chicago. An unrehearsed audience of over 1000 people serves as the Chorus! Pardon the rough video and sound quality. The video was taken very discreetly with a cell phone camera from the balcony.

What great fun this concert was! I drove from Virginia to attend the Thursday night performance en route to my sister's and brother-in-law's place in Wisconsin. I thought that perhaps coming in from Virginia would have been noteworthy, but the bass singer to my left had flown in from San Diego to attend this! Thanks everyone for a great concert and we'll all get together again for the 2014 performances!!
