Ohhh, great idea on the strap! Between the leather and canvas (very tough call), I don’t think you could go wrong with either. Even though it’s more expensive, the all leather is really nice and having the strap be completely detachable makes it easier to use other longer straps; however, the canvas is more easy going and goes with the more casual vibe of the bag. Just got this bag and super excited about it. This is my first calf skin bag. I usually own canvas bags. Any tips for care? Would u suggest spraying Apple Garde?
Congrats on your new bag 🤩 I can’t speak to Apple Garde (personally I only use Cadillac conditioner on my bags), but I’ve read good things about it. Read the instructions carefully and test it on a small spot to see how it works before putting it on the whole bag.

It does bear similarities to the Coach Swinger in the full leather version. Both are beautiful bags !
Hi, does the leader scratch easily?
Not in my experience - I’ve worn this bag out a dozen times (so far) and there are no scratches.
