Hi Katherine, loves your cooking video. In one of the mooncake biscuits recipe you spray some water onto the biscuits before baking, but not on this recipe. So what’s the purpose of spraying water onto the biscuits before baking? You use the normal flour but some recipes ask for low protein flour for this mooncake biscuits. Will there be any difference on the biscuits between those 2 kinds of flour ? By the way where can I buy the piggy mold that you are using. Thank you
