    • @GiveMeLemons

      Yes. 100% German light, diffused by a thick layer of clouds.😂 I tried using artificial lights in one video and wasn't happy with it.

      @@GiveMeLemons I now exactly what you mean. But I’m at home and so is my Mrs. So I try hard to do twice a week. As you know it takes a lot of hours (recipe planning,filming, editing, etc.) so it kinda takes away A LOT of quality with family. But hey, I’m not complaining - I really want to make youtube work and I think I can.

    Hey I loved this! each of the three roasts has its own unique flavor. The sauces are so great! is it possible to prepare these sauces and store them? Co-incidentally I am doing a roast month on my channel, four different roast recipes !

    • @GiveMeLemons
      @GiveMeLemons  3 года назад +1

      Thanks! Yes, for sure you can prepare the sauce ahead of time. They should both be good in the fridge for up to 10 days, perhaps longer.

      @@GiveMeLemons Ah! now that would help specially on work days.

    • @GiveMeLemons
      @GiveMeLemons  3 года назад +1

      True. You can even make a double batch of both the vegetables and the sauce then you have 2 weeks worth of side dishes ready to go. Prep the vegetables ahead of time, store them with paper towels around them.👌🏽

      @@GiveMeLemons That's a great idea. Must try it.

  • @kiat5912

    Are savoy and kale interchangeable? :-)

    • @GiveMeLemons
      @GiveMeLemons  3 года назад

      I would say generally not. In this case it satisfies the crispy kale chip cravings, but you're still not going to get 100% crispy chippiness (new word?) As you would with kale. The savoy cabbage is definitely heartier and has more water and fiber content. But I also feel the flavor is sweeter and nuttier than kale. I guess you could try baking them for longer at a lower temp to try to achieve 100% chippiness. Hope that answers your question?
