Wow really great job here! These all look fantastic with superb flavours! I'm loving the cabbage because I never know what to do with it all when I buy a head for just one dish! Well done!
Thanks once again, Anadi. I always appreciate your positive feedback.😊 Yes, it's a great way to eat them. They're very munchable so they'll be gone in no time.😋😆
Love roasting vegetables! And now with my air fryer, I can get the same effect but in half the time. I also highly recommend garlic salt & olive oil as a perfect everyday combo seasoning :)
Everyone's talking about the airfryer. Sounds amazing. In fact, I was just telling my husband about it that we need to get on board with one. Got only a roll of the eyes.😂
Looks so good! Perfect for these hearty winter vegetables. PS - we just got an air fryer and it has been awesome for making crispy & carmelized veggies - especially kale chips 🥬🧅🧄🍠
@@GiveMeLemons love this. i've made a similar recipe before - the only way to eat sprouts! by the way, i made rooibos masala chai today - yum! how often do yopu post?
@@Chef-donkey I was trying to post one a week when I started back in November. Now I post when I can, maybe every 10 days it seems. It's been challenging with the lockdown and the kids being homeschooled. You?
@@GiveMeLemons I now exactly what you mean. But I’m at home and so is my Mrs. So I try hard to do twice a week. As you know it takes a lot of hours (recipe planning, filming, editing, etc.) so it kinda takes away A LOT of quality with family. But hey, I’m not complaining - I really want to make youtube work and I think I can.
Hey I loved this! each of the three roasts has its own unique flavor. The sauces are so great! is it possible to prepare these sauces and store them? Co-incidentally I am doing a roast month on my channel, four different roast recipes !
True. You can even make a double batch of both the vegetables and the sauce then you have 2 weeks worth of side dishes ready to go. Prep the vegetables ahead of time, store them with paper towels around them.👌🏽
I would say generally not. In this case it satisfies the crispy kale chip cravings, but you're still not going to get 100% crispy chippiness (new word?) As you would with kale. The savoy cabbage is definitely heartier and has more water and fiber content. But I also feel the flavor is sweeter and nuttier than kale. I guess you could try baking them for longer at a lower temp to try to achieve 100% chippiness. Hope that answers your question?
@@GiveMeLemons it does! My partner ate two helpings of this! (The only thing he eats two helpings of my meals is the carb and/or the protein.) Thank you!

My current favorite way is in the air fryer with a touch sea dalton& olive oil.
@@FlourEggsYeast Lucky you! I would love to have one of those.
Stunning shots!!
Always honored that you stop by, Randy🙏🏽, budding YT phenomenon!
Perfectly roasted veggies, love the brussels sprout
Thanks! They were good.😋
I love roasting vegetables. All three of your dishes look delicious. Great explanation!
I appreciate your positive feedback, Wendy!😊
I seldom roast veggies but I do eat them. Hahaha! Thanks for sharing this recipe. Supporting my fellow vloggers.
I love brussel sprouts or even any vegetables roasted. So good!
I know, I love me those caramelized, maillard-ized vegetables! Tonight I combined Brussels sprouts with fennel. Worked pretty nicely together. Nom.
These all look delicious, I love the dressings for each vegetable too, such great flavours!
Thanks, Rebecca! I hope the tips help and that you'll enjoy the dishes.

Big like From France 🇫🇷
Merci!🥰
Ok. Tried the cauliflower with tahini sauce. Amazing. Perfect pair. Looking forward to my lunch leftovers tomorrow!!
Hey, great! I'm happy you were able to get a few meals out it! It's great over some grains like cous cous or quinoa.

Really nice roasting tips
That's incredible idea for kids who doesn't like to eat vegetable
Our kids love all of these. Of course the sprouts without the chili.
The sprouts look delicious! I will have to try your Vietnamese twist👍🏻
Thanks and let me know if you do. Curious how much chili you'll use. 😆
Love love these vegatables. Amazing big thumbs up!
Thanks for the big thumbs up! I really appreciate it.
These look fantastic! Will have to try soon! 🤤
Hope you do. I'm particularly curious to know how people will respond to the savoy cabbage. Let me know here if you try it!

Ooooohhh... air fryer! I want one! Try the savoy cabbage and let me know if you like them.
I like the way you present the vegetable recipe and I tried the brussel sprout. It tastes great. Next time I will try the other vegetables.
I'm so happy to hear you tried the Brussels sprouts! Sauce and all? Glad you had a nice meal.😋😊
This is so satisfying to watch, is it all natural light??
Yes. 100% German light, diffused by a thick layer of clouds.😂 I tried using artificial lights in one video and wasn't happy with it.
yooo! awesome video! looooove the sprouts. my kids will only eat them when i burn them and spice them up.
Same! They're actually best deep fried, but shhhhh!🤫😂 I'm curious to know if you like this version, chef.

Thanks! Yes, for sure you can prepare the sauce ahead of time. They should both be good in the fridge for up to 10 days, perhaps longer.
