·乾水的菜心、放膠袋置於雪櫃蔬菜格、五天仍然新鮮。瓜、水果買回來用鹽水浸洗乾淨、抹乾、用乾布或紙包裹、也可放置一個禮拜不會壞。

Hi, is it possible to tell us the difference between grapeseed oil and avocado oil, which one is better for Chinese cooking. Thanks
Avocado oil is healthier and has higher smoke point, which makes it a good oil for Chinese high heat cooking

我上次有一棵紹菜放咗喺雪櫃超過一個月都冇變壞到,其實我仲應唔應該食?啲營養會唔會流失晒?定係佢有太多農藥所以冇變壞?
營養會流失不少, 但仍有一定營養素存留. 如果沒有發霉, 你可看看口感是否可以接受. 農藥一般功能是殺蟲, 沒有防腐作用.
用好多膠袋。
膠袋的確不環保,現時加拿大卑詩省不再用膠袋,要付錢買紙袋😅不過那是超市提供放不同蔬菜的
