I’m glad that palace/parques reunidos caved to demand and saved this historic ride. I think I speak for a lot of locals when I say I’m disgusted with this foreign management company waltzing into kennywood thinking they’ll tear out the classics and get away with it. I get that some rides like the log jammer had to go since arrow hasn’t been taking phone calls since 2000, but it concerns me that they’ll probably try to do this again. Be vigilant. They’re destroying the historic charm of this park when and where they can.
I was sooooo sad when it closed, and SOOOOOO happy when I learned it was being rebuilt!

Great move bringing it back! Next time ask people BEFORE getting rid of a ride lol! But I love Kennywood! Big part of my childhood
