I love that the lift starts out slow and then picks up steam halfway up with the loop lingering overhead and the clickidy clack rattling underneath ... It dramatizes the whole experience! Love it.

Awesome ride, very smooth. Worst part is that lift at the beginning as it seems to take forever. The ride plays the beginning of Renegade as you are going up. A must ride!!
If you're trying to get your bearings and figure out where you are in the universe, look for the Racer, that wooden coaster right next to it. That's about the only reliable thing you can lock in on.

Omg this coaster is sweet, it always making you think your being kicked through the field goal. It shows the intense feeling of going up and the crazy going down. Wow 😮 feel the story while you ride.
I'm sure it's a fun ride , i just prefer the down & back Woodies. hypers & gigas are cool i just miss the look of a huge drop w/ air time hills winding through the woods barley missing trees. especially at night.
I am originally from Indianapolis Indiana and I'm no thrill seeker and my fiancee and her brother convinced me to try this even though I'm deathly afraid of heights. I was so nervous when I got into the seat and while going up the chain lift I was praying inside my head while listening to the music. As soon as I reached the top I closed my eyes and held on tight at first it didn't seem do bad there was a couple times I felt like I was falling out of my seat but I can tell you for a 2 minuted duration ride and 1:15 of it being the chain lift... It felt like the coaster was over before I could finish my prayer it was that fast. It is a good ride and for my first coaster I don't regret it.
Came to Pittsburgh as an International student....This ride is awesome !!! Worth the wait and crazy once your in it 😅....Makes you feel like your gonna fall off your seat ... extremely thrilling ☺️🔥 Also, feel the gravity on you !!!🙂
Chubby Panda Squishy All of these coasters make that sound, louder or air quieter it won’t. They might replace wheels every couple years unlike Phantom were they still have thei Arrow wheels
Hi I Bob Arrow parts are still being produced but by other companies. Most Arrows are closing because they’re getting expensive but Phantom’s ratings by enthusiasts make it worth the maintenance. Also add the fact they just need to maintain the station, lift hill and trains since the rest has been replaced.

Going to Kennywood today! Im so excited to ride this! This is gonna be my first ever rollercoaster with inversions! Edit: I rode front seat on here- i also rode sky rocket,& phantoms revenge. I was a little nervous cause i hate going up the lift hill but i love going down. The ride was very smooth and i felt very safe and secure on this ride. I definitely recommend front seat on this ride! The only bad thing was the waiting I had to wait 3hrs in line for this but it was worth it.

No it isn't, this ride has quite the rattle. Twisted Timbers felt like riding on a cloud, it's smoother than a fresh ice skating rink. Same with Steel Vengeance, almost with Storm Chaser and Goliath. But I do agree, this park would really benefit from an RMC

We only waited about 50 minutes today. And it was absolutely worth every goddamn second. It was so crowded at Steel City that Phantom, Thunderbolt, And Exterminator were 5 mins or less of a wait. It was incredible. This ride is going to put KW on the map.

The POV going up the chain lift and underneath the butterfly loop is an amazing site. Wish I lived nearby so I could ride this beautiful beast.

Pittsburgh is pretty cheap to visit, really cool city that is essentially 90 small towns packed together.
I live 40 minutes away from it. It is my favorite ride in the entire park. The view is wonderful, lol!
