What a brilliant tribute, so nailed the spirit of Alex, many of his mannerisms too. Thank you so much, still so Sadly missed now Hugh and Ted too RIP boys
All the care & love & respect that went into this! And some great musicianship too. Such great little gems of songs. Top marks for dressing up. Wicked vocals & keys! Freaking excellent frontman.
The original SAHB featured a seasoned singer who teamed up with young and eager band- the Tribute version features a young Alex Harvey clone and seasoned band- great show! I saw Alex in 1975 when they opened up for Tull- these guys really captured lightning in a bottle.
Takes me back to my schooldays listening to Next during my lunch break with my school mate, Walter. What a front man and what a group. Well and truly underestimated by the music snobs and the big shots down south who saw them as a true threat from Glasgow and Scotland. It was a privilege seeing them at the Odeon, Edinburgh in 1975. RIP , Alex, Ted and Hugh
Absolutely fantastic! You've really warmed this old man's withered heart. Alex would be proud. And to those with the negative comments - please put up the link to your videos. This band clearly loves what they are doing, and it shows. Thanx for sharing this and making my day, week and month, and please keep it up. All the best to you.
This is some quality, without the visuals on a casual listen you might think it's the man himself. Thanks for keeping Alex alive in our thoughts. Next... and The Impossible Dream remain two of my all time favorite albums.
Superb. Great musicians and really capture the power and style without just copying. Massively impressed. I have been listening since framed in the early seventies. Played with Alex at the marquee on a one of gig when a support band did not show up. Alex was totally pissed and totally brilliant.
Excelent ! I like so many, saw SAHB at the cavern in Liverpool. The front mans voice is Alex when you close your eyes. At 73, this group makes me want to go and buy a ticket. Well done thank you thank you. RIP Alex Hugh and Ted.
Greetings from Amsterdam. Saw the SAHB 2x here in Amsterdam beginning 70 ties. Faboulus show, that was not seen here before !! This tribute does them right, and I can tell !! I was there.....still remember them very well. This band = (N E X T !!) best after the original !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was 19 years old in 1974 when I first saw SAHB at Knebworth in England. I was hooked and saw them a few more times shortly thereafter. What impresses me most about this tribute band was the obvious fact that somehow SAHB managed to connect with them. Thanks guys for continuing the legend that IS The Sensational Alex Harvey Band!!
Excellent !
Good band but, where’s the guitar player(Zal) ? I saw the SAHB 3 times in Detroit and they were great Alex Harvey was a fantastic front man and Zal What a great guitar player and showman! I expected better from these guys! Vambo
Tough gig for a guitar player - Zal was and is an amazing guitar player. This guy seems a bit of a shredder, and hasn’t got the tone, but he’s done his homework otherwise.

Nice one 👍🎵

Brilliant, guys. Truly spectacular. Fitting homage to a legend. Thanks for keeping the music and vibe alive.

Sorry, meant to say this performance is spot on
I dunno. I’m from dahn saaf and we were crazy about SAHB. Wore rugby shirts etc.
Saw him at the London palladium with orchestra. Great from first album on.
Been a fan of SAHB since the 70s, dont usually like tribute bands, but these guys are just sensational
That singer nailed it
I was sceptical but this was really well done.
From a Harvey fan from back in the day, that performance is quite impressive.
Great job Boyz. Alex fan since 74.
Fantastic thanks for the memories, Alex would be impressed
Well done. I remember discovering SAHB back in the mid 70's.
WOW! I’m sold…great stuff and GREAT attention to detail. Bravo!

Above, and beyond my expectations! A worthy tribute indeed!🎸
Great version of NEXT, the lead vocals brilliant. He could be Alex

Yeah, you guys are really great
Wow, this brings back memories, you have all done the SAHB proud
Mid 70s a friend played Man in the jar which wasn’t the name at all but dayam it drew me in like a magnet. So happy to see his legend carried on!

No ! This tension and musicality !! No way..
Hope to see ya on a German tour soon !!!
That's not gonna happen. This was a one off tribute band reunion gig that took place over 10 years ago.
Melhor cover!
Fantástico!

SHUT IT DOWN! SHUT IT ALL DOWN!
When did Zal start to shrink?… laughable I’m afraid

Alex was a genius who left this world much too soon.
Seriously?😅😅😅
