With same sensor as the XT2 I knew it would hold up for pro work. Just got the XT3 in 2023 and this is on my radar for a daily. “Old” Fujis win
I'm probably going to pick up a Fuji XT3 or XT4 soon. Trying to act like I don't want one so I don't spend more money haha But really enjoying the Fuji Sensors.
That was a wonderful video presentation. Your model is absolutely stunning.😊
Thanks for watching!
Your "water-light" session is an amazing idea and the pictures are wonderful! My compliments to you and your beautiful model!
Wolf from Austria
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for this video ! I have the X-E3 and wouldn't have dared use it for a shooting. You proved me wrong.
I like to try out different cameras especially if I have a client that is flexible and allows me to be creative like that. However, I always bring my main camera which is either a Canon R6 or R5 so that I have options in post ranging in different quality. But the fuji has a stellar image.
the water effect you did on your model angelajeanlopshire / angielopshire is absolutely fire! fantastic job
Love this effect, turning out to be one of my favorite lighting setups.
What lenses did you use on the x-e3 and the hoods? Whats that square thing?
Love this video. Using a small Fuji camera for a professional studio shoot feels so wrong which in my eye feels so so right. Curious did you edit these with dehancer? I love how they turned out.
haha it does feel weird when the client shows up and you're shooting with this small camera. But once they see the images they are impressed because Fuji is amazing. I didn't use Dehancer I think the fuji just naturally had a more Filmic look. I'll do more editing videos in the future. Thanks for watching.
How did you edit the photos for the more film like look? Are those fuji recipes out of camera or edited with for example lightroom, photoshop and dehancer maybe?
I tend to do a mixture of both to be real. I will usually shoot a baked-in recipe such as Astia. Then I'll color-grade the image further after I retouch the skin. I also have a series of favorite Luts I like to use. I'll do some more editing videos on the channel if you would like.
I enjoyed it. But, I didn't hear why the E3 was your choice. Seems like any of Fujifilm's cameras would work fine for what you are doing. Also I would have like some discussion on how you trigger studio stroves with your E3. Like I said, I did enjoy it, I'm trying to be constructive.
Nice video, now I realize that what I should upgrade is my skill but not the camera or lens😂
haha, we are all constantly upgrading our skills, never stop learning and improving. Keep at it and thanks for watching!
What lens is that?
Fuji XF23mm F/2 and 35mm F/2
FUJI X-E3 is one of my favorite cameras I've used so far. What are some good Fuji lenses I should try out moving forward let me know below?
Hi, I really like this video, Which film simulation you used for these shots?
I own a fuji x-t20 and 4 vintage lenses, you should try these lenses cause they are super affordable and you could get a super vintage look. I suggest you the Super takumar 35mm f3.5, it's a beast trust me!
have a good day!
Shooting xe-1 as my edc but would love to add the xe-3!
Personally, I would add another Fuji camera to the mix. I plan on picking up a Fujifilm X-T3 soon just for fun.
Why the xe 3 is better than xe4?
Cheaper and more available :-)
@@Barrrt So,I choose XH1:)))
@@dandanu2526 Awesome camera too! Shot with it once and felt great
@@dandanu2526 The XH1 is a bargain. It is a big camera which deters people from buying it (second hand).
Personally I bought an xe3 because I have a couple of other great larger cameras and wanted a cool little Fooj camera.
It is basically a mini X-pro2.
Yeah both create awesome images.
That model is skipped due to the price . $750 for a used body versus $800 for a new xe4 . Just doesn't make a ton of sense these days
I agree that is why I bought one used, and it was really so worth it. Only cost around $600.
I got mine brand new for $449 before the price spike
Used ones were really cheap before too
