Great stuff as always. Lots of fun covering an old car. I've got a couple that are forgotten, so i might get them out and see what they're made of for the viewers. Keep doing what you do!
Oddly, it was refreshing to see something reviewed that isn't the latest and greatest! Thanks, enjoyed the video. Hmm, have you considered the occasional "vintage" review with a modern view? Like maybe a early Axial or anything from the early days of "crawlers"? Might be tough to find something stock and clean.
I have done this with a couple of cars, though not vintage exactly. The HG P401 Bruiser clone is around, the RC4WD TF2, Traxxas Bandit, etc. I do have a proper vintage buggy here to review in that style too. It's a great idea and I'll reach further back in time again soon.
It would be really fun to see a stock AX-10 on the 6 problems. Maybe someone has one you could borrow to test. No matter what you find to test, your videos are always satisfying, thanks!

hey man i’ve got a question, where do you find parts for that jeep? i broke the same shaft that your truck did and i also need a motor plate any advice is appreciated!

Yes, on all of them. They're standard hex nut and 1.9" wheels, so you can buy whatever 1.9" beadlock wheels you like and fit whatever tires you want. I have some tires reviewed here, with many more coming soon! ruclips.net/p/PLP6qQhzesLdq5KWsGLj0A6tU6tOy2WmvT
I do enjoy your vids, so thank you. But why leave the spare on there for the 6 problems?? That’s a scale/trail feature. It handicaps the vehicle and we know this. Would you test an Ecto with a spare mounted on the rear? No.
I suspect he first likes to test them out stock, then if it's worth it he will then do different mods, like "trim the fat" and other "upgrades" and see how well it improves. One of the things I enjoy about his channel, seeing what can be done to improve from stock at low or no cost and compare it to "out of the box".
your comment is rude, you added nothing to the conversation.. the truck specifically had issues on Problem 3 and 5 with the spare dragging.. it may have conquered more Problems with no other changes than removing the spare. This is a valid argument.
Bingo. Test out of the box as is, then trim the fat to optimise. If the Ecto cane with a mounted spare then it would definitely stay on for the rock test. The point of the 6 problems is not to get as many as possible done - though that's how I drive it. The point is to see how it drives in stock form. It's a benchmark for future mods and also to give a relative indication of ability vs other vehicles. It's not particularly scientific but it is useful, especially once we start to get a big enough range of vehicles over the course! No need to argue here, guys. It's a legitimate question and that first reply is bang on the answer. Nothing read as rude, IMO. Gotta ask if you want clarification and criticism is always welcome. I have a thick skin and an open mind - always prepared to evaluate and modify it it makes sense to do so, too. Cheers
