Got a "no name" Sage type Smart Oven, it has 21 functions, it has a 30L oven, can rotisserie, has a new "360 power heat" function and even came with an oven glove!
I have a Ultrean oven and from day one it sucked. An oven has to heat from the bottom and the top. This thing only heats from the top and even if you put in a pizza stone and heat it for an hour at it's highest temp (450) it doesn't cook the bottom of anything. It's good for reheating frozen foods. I'm trying to find a countertop oven that I can actually bake bread and cookies in. How to cook fresh pizza in not Frozen and I wanted to cook on the bottom as well as the top, not just burn the top even though you've got the shelf at the lowest position and the underneath isn't warm at all.
I just tuned in for a primer on these type ovens, thanks for the info. I have 2 I bought 6-8 yrs ago but never used , 1 new, second used(for initial practice) but "suffered" personal setbacks(divorce). Getting back on with life, have always been a good cook, but want something convenient.
I'm hoping that your review will actually provide countertop oven that actually Cooks from the top and the bottom so you can actually bake food from scratch instead of just reheating and burning Frozen

Don't buy the Ninja. Ours failed in less than a year.

Breville breaks down after five years . Three brevills did not work after five years.
