    I also like to work out with the Chest-Expander. That is ancient, but you also can build muscles with it. I also have resistance bands. It is significant to have good quality. A band slapped me in the face once.

    Pretty much on point yes you can build muscle with bands they have been fully tested

    the advantage these bands have over weights would probably be the range of motion you're getting, especially in a cable cross-over. i cant think of any weight training that gives you that same contraction

    Holy Moses you only add 1 band at a time the yellow one first , and the glass door , you need to learn some safety first😂😮😅
