Great Job. from which country are you from. I should say thank you . well I have been to Singapore Malaysia and Thailand. I must say Thailand foods are the best I have tasted but I must say my country's foods is also come in equal in any foods in the in Asia . I have tasted American British and French foods they are good in taste well they do not have the spices with makes the flavour out in foods. The spices brings the taste in foods . All arounds world we eat Vegetables and chicken Beef Pork lamb mutton in various ways but the spices chills pepper brings up the flavour. Kotthu is a street food.. it's really a junk food. Not a healthy one. Kool /fish soup is an South Indian and Tamil food. Hoppers and string hoppers are originally from sri lanka. Not from Indian influence. It has to be other way round. South Indians like kerala and Tamil Nadu have copied these recipes. But still they can't do it in a proper way. Sri Lankan foods are the best( with spices). Sri Lanka got over 3000 years old amazing history (written - Maha Wansaya). I think Sri Lanka have more than 2000 food recipes. And it has more than 1000 of rice varieties. We are consuming them as healthy/medicinal meals for various health problems - combined with Hela Vedakama/ ingenious medicines. 👌👍😀
