Thank you, very happy to find you on RUclips. I didn't realize there were so many Ford 350 camper vans. I have an 89 Falcon 190 that is very similar, I'll be watching your ongoing upgrades.
I'm gonna play a drinking game with this video. Every time you say you're gonna "make a video on that", I will take a shot of Whiskey. I have a feeling I will get pretty drunk. Nice van, btw.
Hey Jason! I just found your channel and subbed... Love your little "dawgs", co-pilots, navigators, barking security system... Thanks for sharing your life. Hope you have many, many happy miles...
In the 80s. I belong to a Van Club. We called our club."Varicose Vans". We weren't old but our Vans were. We went to Van Ins and camped in FL. The Vans back then were awesome. Mine was a 67 Dodge Van with a motor between the seats and a big steering w no power steering. I weighed 90 lbs back then and I remember the challenge of driving it. I even got a trophy for its class. Then we crashed it.
Great video. After owning several Volkswagen Campers, I'm considering buying something like this. Your upgrades sound fantastic!! Thanks for posting this:)
You have almost the identical van I have , a 95 Ford coachmen 19 foot and same color scheme . Has the 351 Cleveland V8 motor with electronic fuel injection . I had a lot of top end work done on the engine and electrical repair but would also like to install a solar package . I have yet to take a trip in it as yet but look forward to some travel in it soon .Good luck with your Coachmen van .
Love the mauve!!! Also, that couch fold out is rad - it reminds me of those hand held wood games from the 80-90's (I think pre-rubix cube -it had fabric that you folded over like your couch - haha!) Fun to watch you guys get rollin'!
PapayaJoy HAHAHAHAHAHA! I wish I knew what game that is..Thanks Joy I appreciate you checkin out my vid. Haha I guess it is a mauve.. too light to be a puce. THANKS JOY!
The Ramblin CamperVan I will have to enlist my sister to figure the puzzle name out. We had hippy relatives so we always had trippy toys! Lol Ummmmm... your van is 1990? Yeah, it's mauve. Haha!
I like ur video alot. I especially like the knowledge u have about inverters, batteries, etc. You should also make a video of you doin a video. lol thanks man.
Just subbed ya Nice RV. Looking forward to your future upgrades. i have a 1990 GMC CamperVan that is almost like yours, but yours is much better. I look forward to more vids as I feel I will learn a lot from you.
I subscribed also, working on living full time & learning from great videos like yours. In the meantime, I am sharing parts of my life & journey to get there! I also do healthy reviews on things.
It needs a little bit of work.then you can have a very nice Rv.i like the bed and sofa compo.it gives a a lots of space to work on other projects. God bless you. H
nicely laid out. Personally I would remove a lot of that storage in the very back (you've got more than enough storage) and completely redo the bathroom to make a big one with a usable shower.
That is a great idea! I am selling this coachman cause I bought a Dodge Pleasure Way. So I now have a huge bed and an enclosed bathroom. THANKS for watching!
Subbed bud. Also the exterior plug mod is a good move. I have the same thing on mine from the factory, so never have to push cords in or anything. However I just may be direct connecting it to inverter and battery banks and losing the generator this summer!
Good call Justin! You probably have a 110v auto selector switch in yours too. I am using this switch for 2 110v inlet sources. So on one inlet is my 2000 watt inverter and the other inlet is that external 30 amp port. This way I can choose to use my inverter generator OR inverter power supply fron 12v. THANKS FOR THE SUB JUSTIN!
Sweet camper!.👍.hoping to find one 1/2 as nice as this, being a Ford guy, I'm finding them pretty rare. The current Sprinter craze just doesn't do it for me. I much rather prefer the vintage style.
awesome camper, great condition.. I have a 89 ford econline 350.. Falcon 190 version camper.. Needs some TLC on the inside though.. any chance you know where parts are available for the interior stuff?
Hi! Just found your video on Facebook. I also have a class b campervan. Mine is a 89 ford falcon. Almost the same layout as yours. Its nice to find fellow camper vanners with the same type of vans. There are different types of b's out there, but ones like ours with the over the driver bed is rare. They don't make them anymore. What a shame. I downsized from a class c. Now its just me & maybe a grand kid. I don't need a big rv. I agree that these campervans have a lot of storage. I like to see how others modify their interiors. The only bad thing about my van right now is my windows leak & I need to get my roof resealed. Keep up the vids!
THANKS CHRISTY! I agree not many of the overhead style around. The Falcon and Coachman are very similar. I love the overhead storage / bed! Older models are simpler as well. Thanks for the comment! Take care!
Great Video!!! I have a question... I hope you can help me with... I am looking at almost the exact Camper van you have... and year... ... How much do you think yours would be worth now??? A ball park figure... You have no idea how happy I am that I have found this video before buying the one I'm looking at... Thank you for your help. "Thumbs UP"
Love it..... A lot of elbow grease & a cupple of hundred pounds & it be lovely long as it runs good, I don't understand how you don't know if it's done 40.000 miles or 140.000 miles specially after going out in it a good few time's & having it for over 2 months? But I would love it, please tell us how much you sold it for or how much you want to sell it for? Thank you for the fabulous tour, well dine lv xx
Will you be changing out that rear bathroom and shower setup , seems that needs a major improvement . You have a very nice van , really like that pull out overhead sleeper . Looking forward to your videos .
We just bought a ‘93 Coachmen, 21’, same floorplan as yours. Looking for ideas to upgrade it. Appreciate the inspiration of those who have gone ahead. Any other links or suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks for the tour Ramblin. I have a '93 Coachmen built on a GMC Vandura 3500. My floor plan is a little different. I'll send you some pics or a video if I can. I loved your idea about the power cord conversion. I hate having to stuff that thing back in under the couch. Did an RV shop make the power cord for you? How long did you make it? The new power jack on the side of the camper looks great. I look forward to more of your videos. W
Thanks Wayne! Yes I would like to see your rig! The cord I made myself from the original cord. I believe its 25 feet or so. I like it a lot better... no more going under the couch to try and roll up cord or try and pull out cord without it tangling or getting caught up. A lot simpler this way and cleaner looking too. Thanks for the support! Take care!
Hey, Jason, great video. I just paid off my GMC Jimmy and looking to get a similar ride to yours. A Coachman, Falcon, something around those lines, by the end of the year. I traveled the country many years in a van, but want more room for myself and my dog. I may do a few weekend videos in the Jimmy, but can't wait to hit the road again! I'm from Farmington, now in the Burque area. Grew up in AK for six years, and just love to travel. Starting to see a lot of Taco Zombies (my new name for us New Mexicans, lol) into the RV life. Very cool. Had to sub, can't wait to see your upgrade vids. - Kevin
THANKS unclearless ! Yeah getting out on the road and traveling is something everyone needs to do! Without it we just fade into repeditivness and Zombie out over work and city life and all the other BS that comes with it. GOT TO GET OUT! THANKS FOR WATCHING!
Great video! Also researching this kind of lifestyle. Could you please how much I should expect to pay for reliable class B RV? 15k? 20k? 10k is probably means problematic vehicle? Thanks!
This is kind of something that I would want to get but what I would do is I would tear out everything except for that top bed and the shower and get rid of the propane because I'm afraid of propane and open up all that floor space the little mini wood stove in there someplace and take out the passenger seat such a cute little thing I love that sit-down tub shower
Yes they are hard to find. Maybe go outside your area/state a bit on CraigsList you may have better luck. I had a couple conversion vans before this Coachman and it was pretty nice. Had TONS of fun in it. I had a Chevy G20 and a Dodge conversion van. Beds were not so comfy but it worked. I was going to install RV appliances and make it more class b like but it was going to be too tight on room for me so I had to move on. Plus not being able to stand up was a big issue for me. But I love the simplicity of the conversion van and better fuel milage and easy to drive and fit anywhere.
Hi Jason...question: What kind of potty is that you have? Is it the kind that you carry to empty? if so, how exactly does that work. so far, of all the vans I've seen, I'm seriously considering your particular type of van...mostly because of the 'bathroom'. seems roomy for a large woman such as myself. I luv the convenience of the potty and the shower/tub. I'm 5'3". 200 lbs. thanks
Nora Steel Its a fixed toilet so it flushes to a black water tank. Before I was selling this Coachman I was planning on doing a combo wet bath shower/toilet just to save a bit of room. The ones with removable tanks or composing toilets are cool and convenient cause you don't have to mess with a fixed black water tank in the RV. Thanks for watching
Danne George This was a fluke find cause the owners were traveling in it from CA and were in NM during their travels and decided to sell this CamperVan to get something bigger. They listed it and within minutes I bought it. I already sold this van and bought another Class B cause it fit me better. Check out the other vids to see it. I would recommend CraigsList statewide searching in your state and surrounding states to really open up your options. They are hard to find. Just don't settle and take your time if possible and you will find the right one for the right price. Thanks for the sub & watching!
The Ramblin CamperVan Thank you so much for your advice and tips. I will watch more of your videos. I Have become obsessed with YT, stealth vanning, RV's, new ways to hack things. I want to be out on the road, full time, living the life.
Very nice! Looks like a cream puff... "Grandma only drove it to church on Sunday" ;) How many miles did it have when you bought it? Are you going fulltime?
HAHA It looks nicer in the video. It had 70,000. Now it has 76,000 in 3 months hahaha. We used my conversion van before I got this 3 months ago. We are thinking about full timing. We both think it would be awesome! We will see! lol
I've seen a couple of the coachmans on craiglist lately...comepletely WIPED...which is cool, I'm down with a wheels up build..but one of many questions about these, what is is real world gas milage on an non-wiped version that's running close to factory?
Justin, I love your van. =) I so dream of having one just like yours. The 'bathroom' is perfect. It's all perfect. I'm a senior and not looking forward to scrimping pennies soon while living in senior complex, I'd rather not pay rent and spend my $ on mods like you're going to do, and spend also on my grandkids! So my dream is to save and move into this type of camper. just right for little old me! I can hardly wait to see all the modifications you do to your van. question..is the top all fiberglass? Looking forward to your vids...Happy Journes! A new fan~
Nora Steel You were very close..haha. My name is Jason. Sounds like you have a very good plan. I have a lot of videos of the upgrades already up. Check them out. Im nowhere near done but many videos are up already. The top is all fiberglass. Thank you for watching Nora!!
Great video and awesome van. Only one thing... I can't help but wonder if it would have been a more economical use of space if it was designed without a tub and a small wet bath instead. The tub seems to take a lot of room.
5 for the road Yeah that would be a better idea. My new Dodge pleasure way class b is designed like that with a wet bath. I like it much better! I have videos of the Pleasure Way as well check them out. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the tour, buddy. :) I love these old campervans. Got me looking on Craigslist and marketplace now. lol.
It kinda reminds me of my old small single room with a bathroom aparnment back in new york city.
Thanks for the tour. You have a nice Class B and I. Hope you enjoy your travels with it.
Thank you, very happy to find you on RUclips. I didn't realize there were so many Ford 350 camper vans. I have an 89 Falcon 190 that is very similar, I'll be watching your ongoing upgrades.
Wow, amazing that it's so tiny, and yet has everything, including bathroom and kitchen set-up.
loved that seating to turn into a bed system .. brilliant !
out of all these tht i watch hands down i like tht shower/sit down tub style the most!
I sub to a lot of traveling and sailing channels and I can say you are a joy to watch, great video, looking forward to seeing more! Happy trails.
I'm gonna play a drinking game with this video. Every time you say you're gonna "make a video on that", I will take a shot of Whiskey. I have a feeling I will get pretty drunk.
Nice van, btw.
Hahaha YES You will be HAMMERED HAHAHA!!
Remember to have bread beforehand! Also, so much shore-power!! references! Smoke a few puffs every time he mentions shore power!
Very cool van, thanks for sharing!
Hey Jason! I just found your channel and subbed... Love your little "dawgs", co-pilots, navigators, barking security system... Thanks for sharing your life. Hope you have many, many happy miles...

Thanks for this channel, look forward to your next ones.
You should get all your windows tinted for more privacy.
Great tour!
I like your camper van it's nice setup

Just wandered over here from Jimmy Rant's place. Nice set up! Going to sub up and watch your evolution ;-) Best of luck to ya!
Thanks Shawn! Jimmy's a good guy!

I always like those ford hubcaps for some reason
Really like the van! Great video, keep it up!
Sweet camper!.👍.hoping to find one 1/2 as nice as this, being a Ford guy, I'm finding them pretty rare.
The current Sprinter craze just doesn't do it for me. I much rather prefer the vintage style.
I'm new to these vans .I just got a 89 falcon and can't seem to find where the propane tank is .could you give me an idea where it might be
Hi Jason, very cool van. It's even my favorite color. lol I look forward to seeing your future upgrade videos. I liked and subscribed. :-)

nice van I wish u'll be happy
just found this channel. got a lot of catching up to do. I am hoping to find a good class B someday soon and get it ready to bug out.
Hi! Just found your video on Facebook. I also have a class b campervan. Mine is a 89 ford falcon. Almost the same layout as yours. Its nice to find fellow camper vanners with the same type of vans. Nice to see videos of these vans, thanks. I'll throw my hat into the Falcon RV family. His name is T-Rex cause he has some attitude. Rocket Ronny
NICE! The Falcon is very similar. GREAT CamperVan! Thanks for watching VanoRama RV
I have an 89 Falcon 190, E350, very similar. Will be watching and participating in this channel to share information.
What is the engine? What is the mpg? I like the classic class Bs but would like to know more about travel costs of people who actually travel in them.
Great Video!!!
I have a question... I hope you can help me with...
I am looking at almost the exact Camper van you have... and year...
... How much do you think yours would be worth now??? A ball park figure...
You have no idea how happy I am that I have
found this video before buying the one I'm looking at...
Thank you for your help.
"Thumbs UP"
i have a 1988 rv van econoline 350,, behind the driver seat attached to the wall of the sofa .. a switch with 6 wires , you have any idea what it is ?
coooooooooooool i love upgrades.
nice hubs.
why combine the sewage outlets?
you do have good space in your B.
nice van tour, thanks.
SKPjoe Coursegold I want to combine the dump outlets only so its just one outlet so you don't have to swap the hose over to dump both. THANKS!
Nice video! Looking forward to keeping up with your progress as tthe re-do moves along. Quite an ambitious project from thesounds of it...
Vern Hall Thanks buddy! It is a lot of work HAHA!
Love it..... A lot of elbow grease & a cupple of hundred pounds & it be lovely long as it runs good, I don't understand how you don't know if it's done 40.000 miles or 140.000 miles specially after going out in it a good few time's & having it for over 2 months? nice van! 🚐

IT'S A CONEHEAD! RUN! RUN!
Just curious. How fast do you drive this thing on the highway? Have you done anything to improve the steering/handling?
loose steering, too..
Where is your propane tank?
this is pretty sweet
ME & MY 9!!! Thank you! And Thanks for watching!
Hey, Jason, great video. I just paid off my GMC Jimmy and looking to get a similar ride to yours. A Coachman, Falcon, something around those lines, by the end of the year. I traveled the country many years in a van, but want more room for myself and my dog.

You got it, Jason.Wide space in your 1990 Ford Econoline 350 camper van with all amenities and equipment
Sweet Ride man.

Browsing through youtube I saw what looks like the van that I just bought. Mine is 1996. My van is called Baby Huey.
i would love to find a class b like this but none around my area so i'm looking at a conversion van
Yes they are hard to find. Maybe go outside your area/state a bit on CraigsList you may have better luck. I had a couple conversion vans before this Coachman and it was pretty nice. But I love the simplicity of the conversion van and better fuel milage and easy to drive and fit anywhere.
You should have put in a 3,000 watt pure sine wave inverter. My newer camper AC uses over 2,000 watts so very doubtful that older model work. Sorry.
How do you get up to the above sleeping area?
Hi Jason...question: What kind of potty is that you have? Sounds good! Keep on keeping on! Thanks!
how many hours where on the generator if it was low i would of keep it installed
how tall is the back part that you can't stand up in?
How much was this and or how much do these types typically go for
Very nice! Looks like a cream puff... "Grandma only drove it to church on Sunday" ;) How many miles did it have when you bought it? Are you going fulltime?

roadkillscjim I get 10-13 mpg fully loaded down. I would guess in my van without all the weight... 12-15 mpg. Thanks for watching!
How many miles per gallon on the highway do you get?
Are these reliable ? In Europe they have a bad reputation in that respect. Nice vid btw
You live next to Walt white?
Hi
I Like your vids
I'm a guy from Switzerland, you think I can buy a rv as this one in the US as a foreigner ?
Thanks
Jason are you still uploading viedos
Is the class b wider than a regular cargo E350?
Justin, I love your van. =) I so dream of having one just like yours. The 'bathroom' is perfect. It's all perfect. Nora Steel You were very close..haha. My name is Jason. Sounds like you have a very good plan. I have a lot of videos of the upgrades already up. Check them out. Im nowhere near done but many videos are up already. The top is all fiberglass. Thank you for watching Nora!!
I'm following you...tell us about your family...if you so choose. Not trying to be 'nosey'. just curious.
My family is Ellen (my lady of 17 years) Aki my husky is 14. Lex my chihuahua is 10. And Avi my chihuahua is 3.
that's a nice camper van, I like it. its not super roomy but it will work. how much did that kind of camper cost?
Shannon Hamblin bought a 1990 in Good condition foe $8000. East coast
Good channel, need the shaking to go away. Go Pro gimble handle works well.
Hockey Nutt I agree the shaking is not fun for anyone. I am looking into new camera gear for sure. THANKS FOR WATCHING!
What's the weight of the RV, its a nice one.
I believe that campervan was 8000 lbs. Thanks for wstching!
I'm instrusted in the van. How can we talk about it ?
