TO ANYONE WONDERING WHY THEY SAY THE GAME IS GOING UNDER, DESPITE IT GOING VERY WELL: The game (you just lost it) was made by Realtime Worlds, which went under when the game failed. It was then recently (this year) picked up by GamersFirst and launched free-to-play. The system requirements are a bit steep, but I can run it on a computer several years older than it, so it's certainly playable to people without the newest systems.
APB Reloaded is currently in Closed Beta. The game is being released again by a different company called GamersFirst and will be free-to-play but offer paid options as well.
@TAWGames In the Social District. Look for it at the enforcer or criminal building. If you're an enforcer, it's at the top of the "Rendezvous" building.
freakin' awesome. I never heard of such program to create ur own music.. and ur tuto is great! You explain everything clear and simple i love it! its way much better then other tutos on youtube.
You have to go to the Social district and goto the kiosk that has a piano icon. When there you can choose to make themes or songs to stream from your car.
@666BlasterMaster yes. first make a playlist of songs in itunes. Then right click and hit create mp3 verison on every song. drag the mp2 verison of the song to a folder ope apb and then click music player and hit imprt. find folder hit ok then ok and then bingo

I randomly threw 8 bit notes together, not trying to make music, put it at 800 bpm, made a total mess of the theme maker, then slowed it down to 96bpm and i accidentally made a beautiful 5 seconds of music. With just a bit of tweaking it was perfect...lol.
Hypno Toad go to social, spawn in the middle , then go straigh ahead and you will find a building..on the second floor of that building is this Music Studio. have fun

you can import an audio file into the APB music player, but i don't think that you can use it as a theme. you might be able to, i'm not sure. i haven't seen anybody do it. but i know that you can listen to a song on your computer in APB's music player if you do it right. (I can't remember how though)
This seems good for what it shows, but I doesn't answer what I wanted to know. I'm making a Song at 110tempo and I have very long singular guitar notes, but the ends of the ones starting closer to the end of the "pattern" get cut off, so the note has to start over again in the next pattern, Is there some way I can increase the number of notes in the pattern or smoothly carry the end of one note in one pattern into the pattern after it?

it doesn't have as much free customization as it had before for the developers since its not originally their game engine but its doing well regardless
SOO say I want to replicate a song like he's a pirate on apb theme, how can I found out if I have the correct instrument modifications or instruments even other than listening (I'm horrible at finding similarities in sounds :/)

None of that stuff shows up for me in APB:R (I know the vid is APB, but the creator is basically the same). It is just a rectangle that when you hover your mouse over outlines in orange and you can rename it, but it wont work for me. So can anyone help me thru this?
I just need to update my drivers for it not to be laggy anymore! I have a NVidia GeForce 8400 GS with a way out of date driver! It will make it much less laggy.

Go to a mailbox/ammo point, press I, go to character, and equip your Character Theme.

He was talking about the old APB but the new free one is the Reloaded Version of APB.
