Love his wife!! She's so beautiful and cute! Love when she says heaven. I also admire how she has great appetite and loves to eat, and is not afraid to try everything new..all cultural foods. She is blessed to have a husband like Quan to cook everything for her, and Quan the same. Because she bakes cooks, , grows plants, organizes, and adds so much love and help in his life. Her English is so good....getting better and better each day. She understands what is being said in English, and responds back well.She doesn't even have an accent! Shows she's smart. Because learning a new language is not easy.

Quang, we've been eating curry chicken katsu here in Hawaii for a long time. You need to have that curry gravy poured on the chicken katsu and eliminate the beef. The chicken is your protein, that's how we do it here in Hawaii, then you fry a couple over easy eggs and top the dish. Bust that yolk and enjoy!!! HEAVEN!😃😃😃

@quangtran bonito is a form of dashi, in fact it even said dashi in Japanese on the package. Dashi just means 'stock' but in this case its bonito stock. And now you know. And knowing is half the battle. I gotchoo, my guy.
