The trouble with cable management is, it makes modifying things so much more difficult. I just had to swap all my stuff to a new PC, it took me minutes. Nothing is cable tied anywhere. It's just a mater of grabbing one end and pulling, addressing knots and pulling again. Once you start cable tying and managing things it takes forever to extract, swap or run new cables. Better to just get a desk big enough so your feet around tangled in them. I got a 2mx1.6m premium executive desk from an office surplus store for £100 delivered. It's immense. Has 2x34" 21:9s on it, side by side and there is still room for 2 large desktop monitor speakers AND a slot for the cat to sit. Monitors up on stands, there is a whole Wifi router and laptop behind the left monitor! I'll have to fire a photo on twitter, before and after I clean it this spring.
@CrazyGman2013 I'm 5 weeks older than Jay and also have a fair amount of gray hair, although not quite as much as he does. (The sides of my hair have some gray edges, beard/moustache has more of a mix, top still a fair bit brown.) I know someone from church who's in I think his mid 80s -- he has much less gray hair than me. Also my dad was mostly gray by his early 40s or so, and his mom had white hair pretty early as well. (There was a time she got mistaken for being her husband (my grandpa)'s mother instead of his wife.)
22:00 I also kind of have that. I like a cozy and snug room. A room that is way bigger than it needs to be just makes me nervous. Also I don't see the point in being orderly for the sake of being orderly. If the cables are not in the way I don't mind if they are visible. I mean I am looking at what's on top of the desk. I also prefer figures. Having generic decorations makes me feel like I'm visiting my parents. I don't get the thing against posters though. What does a frame add other than making the relevant part be smaller? I have the things I like on the wall in canvas if I can. Canvas is already pixelated as it is so you don't need high quality images to make it look nice. Any image you want can do and it also just looks more natural. Having a border around a picture just makes it feel like a 'decoration' rather than a natural part of the room. Canvas also doesn't reflect so it looks clear from any angle.
As a Dutch guy I never stop getting surprised with the meanings of Dutch in English. Never heard of a Dutch angle before. Those brits sure were creative in their libel speech back in the day.

But it's there 😉
I love the microwave idea - disconnected of course. They have crazy high cfm fans built in. I think my microwave fan is about 450-500cfm. In a nice looking microwave and it's awesome. I have a stainless mini manic chef fridge I'm thinking about using for a build.(case fans for cooling - not the refrigerator cooling system) cheers
The fist one is a Brazilian guy and the microwave is in portuguese, not spanish, I can tell because I'm a Brazilian and had one microwave exatly like this :-D
Yep, i'm the microwave guy and i can confirm that
What do you think about his Italian impression of the portuguese words that he thought were spanish? :P
@@Morfeucomvoce Epic! hahahha, it just happens that I have Italian citizenship too because of my family so... I got use to people mixing all together :-D
7:02 every time i see one of these full commitment copper builds, i fall in love.
Edit: Also, the last room. I totally am that guy who gets uncomfortable when the room is too clean. I want to live in and use the room, not clean it all the time.
yep. the tidiest office is the one doing the least work :-)
If a cluttered desk is a sign of a cluttered mind, what then is an empty desk a sign of? :-)
The old Mobos on the wall of the last room shown was pretty sick. Gives me an idea for all of my old boards!
The guy from the microwave is a Brazilian pulling a classic Hu3
"It's that time of the month again!"
Yes, yes it is. :c

5:24 - This might be the most relatable thing you've ever said, Jay. And that's coming from a fellow tech and vehicle enthusiast
12:51 every kingdom hearts fan: 😢
"Only people born in the 80s like vans" Jay rants about supreme* me wearing my Supreme Vans born in the 2000s. Welp im conflicted
"Almost 40" ?
Spent all this time thinking he was like, in his late 40's lol.
Im 38 and look like im in my 20's still.
“wherever you are in the world there is an IKEA" no, there isn't.
Don't even think our continent has an IKEA
The nearest one to me is 146 miles away
Where I grew up, the closest one is about 1200 miles and 2 country borders away.

I also kind of have that.
@6:55 "my vault, my sanctuary, my base..."
*MY GOD*
When you said “SO CRATES” I had an arrhythmia
Me but when he said "Saturn vee"
1st sentence of the video was perfectly synced to the music!
Well, actually there's no Ikea "literally" where ever you are, not im y country at least and 5 bucks here is literally 5 minimun wages xD
Jay has never played kingdom hearts. My heart literally breaks.
*sees keyblade*
Me: Nice!
Jay: Is that a key to the city?!
Me: :(
"Is that the key to the city?"
No, it's the key to kingdom hearts lol
Yeah I was hoping Phil would correct him
KH is overrated.
As a Dutch guy I never stop getting surprised with the meanings of Dutch in English. Never heard of a Dutch angle before.
Those brits sure were creative in their libel speech back in the day.
