As a mama who has had two c sections (2 hospital stays), I found myself nodding along with your whole video 😂 BRING YOUR OWN BLANKET AND PILLOW LADIES (and dads too)!!!! It is 100% worth it.
I love listening to your voice! It's so soothing to me. I'm having a birth center birth with my second and 34 weeks now. With my first I had a homebirth so never had to pack anything!
Frida postpartum briefs are the best!!! I wore them even if the pad ripped them a bit just to get them to stretch a little while longer because one time use just wasn’t going to cut it for me with how much they cost. Haha.
Hi Becca! Do you have any videos talking more about your blood clotting issues? Currently going through the same thing because of my varicose veins and am switching from what would’ve been my third homebirth to a hospital birth for safety. I can’t find too much out there talking about it so I’d love to hear more. Thanks😃
Congratulations on your upcoming baby. You’re right about hospital blankets. No matter how many you have on , you’re still cold. My sister got me a super cozy blanket when I had to spend one month in the hospital after a ruptured brain aneurysm. I don’t know why we didn’t think of a gown, pillow and towel because I am super picky about these things.
I have listened to every episode of all three seasons of the podcast! Love Matt’s humor that’s what he brings! Love the birth stories! I am totally thinking boy as it is wild you didn’t want fruit veg but now you do and some other differences. Making a bed side cart I have heard is great to have for PP supplies.
I am going to be a first time mom and I appreciate your recommendations since you have experience! I hope you have an amazing birth :) I also love your necklace and I was wondering where you got it?
Due date buddies!! (And also with baby #3)! All the well wishes for a smooth delivery! - the afterease isn’t available in Canada 😩. Need to find something similar!
Hi sweet Becca 🤍 I'm not planning on having more babies, still, I watched it cause: a) I love and miss your uploads b) it is so nostalgic watching birth related videos (I gave bith to my girls soon after you did both time 🥰). For me, fairy lights were the best comforting decision. They were on all the time while I was in labor and my sweet midwife suggested that I keep them in my room while we stay in. It made the first days/nights with my precious newborn so special 🥰 ✨🤱 All the best for your labor and I cannot wait to see him or her 💙💜🤗🥰

So the spray, do you spray it directly on the vag or on the pad?

So helpful! Any advice for your 1st pregnancy after miscarriage?
So sorry for your loss mama. It can definitely be tough but try your best to trust the process and not let fear/anxiety rob you of joy!
