    I’m almost due with my 4th! We also have 3 girls and 1 boy. All natural births as well, and planning same for this baby! It’s amazing what our bodies can do if we let them! Thanks for sharing! ❤

    Congratulations!! Your story was very similar to my third birth! I started having contractions but they never got into a pattern & were all over the place until... I did the Mile Circuit! Thank you for sharing & bringing confidence to other moms! ❤

    I heard a doula say that there is no such thing as a "false labor" but rather a labor that falters out since the baby isn't in a good position. Perhaps that is why your exercises helped get baby in a better position and got your labor to progress

    Definitely needed to see your video. Close to giving birth to my 3rd at a hospital even though I would a home birth. Sometimes you just need someone else who feels like you do to give you the courage and remind you that everything will work out.

    I can't decide which was worst: getting into the car in labor, having to labor sitting in the car, or getting out of the car in labor.

      It’s the worst! I’m always so anxious about the car ride. Both times I was in labor the car ride was horrible

      It was a 45 min drive to the hospital for me. I got there and they said I was only 1 or 2cm dilated so we drove all the way back home. Only a three or so hours later, we drove again to the hospital because the contractions were back to back and I couldn’t rest so I thought my baby was coming soon (wrong lol)… ohhh my, I unbuckled the seat belt and somehow managed to get onto the floor of my sports car. That pain!

    Aw I love your birth story! Congratulations on your sweet #4! I’ve been following close along during your pregnancy and I was actually due with our #5 on leap year and close to you! I also went into labor the day before my due date (I usually go early) and my labor was only 2 hrs too! Wild!! I’m so happy this birth was what you wanted and was so redemptive! 🩷🩷

    Congrats on baby girl!! Sounds like such an empowering birth. I agree that contractions and the advice around them can be incorrect or confusing. I unfortunately had the opposite experience where I was having INTENSE 1-2 min apart contractions for hours so naturally went to the hospital to find I was 1 cm dilated LOL I was not pleased. And it was my second baby so I knew that these were for real. Just took my body a while to catch on and finally start dilating.

    Hey mama. Please mind baby's face when wearing. She's pushing her head back because she's struggling to breathe on your nourishing bosom. Please turn her head to the side as often as possible. Good job mama, congratulations!!

    Can you explain how the BH differ from the contractions you felt that you knew were real? Im pregnant with my second but the first was a c/s so I haven’t really experienced real contractions but I get intense BH all the time. So would like to know how to differentiate them, hoping for a vbac pretty soon here

    • @dareenconde
      @dareenconde Месяц назад

      BH feel like a tightening of the uterus. Actual contractions are painful and increase in intensity as they come closer together.

    • @Keepinitreal55
      @Keepinitreal55 Месяц назад +1

      @@dareenconde yeah there was no question about the contractions that hit me like a train at 1-2 min apart immediately! I was given no warning and no time to warm up to them, it was insane. But whatever my Bh were doing were also slowly prepping my body bc I was at 3-4cm and 100% effaced already when it started

    • @dareenconde
