Solid performance gains thanks for sharing the full results. Exhaust note definitely improved but it still sounds like a lawn tractor to me.
Ill be ordering the BOV adapter soon that sounds sick 🤘🏼 installed your CAI couple weeks ago love the look
That mustache though. The pit vipers complete the look.
🥸🥸🥸
The loss of power from the heat soak was not from the engine running at the factory operating temps. Its from your "cold air intake" heat soaked and sucking in hot air! The factory air box sucks air in from the front of the truck, it literally doesnt get any colder than that!
its not from the intake at all. You can see the intake only test results here www.vividracing.com/vrp-cold-air-intake-kit-ford-raptor-f150-ecoboost-p-151939185.html
You're wrong.
Great video, but I got a quick question. Did you tune the vehicle after you installed the exhaust and intake or was it still the basic tune you ran when you installed the aftermarket components
@@hardtailrider7172 you don’t need to tune specifically for these mods. The ecu will adjust. You can apply the flash before or after. The ecu flash will give you the most power per dollar.
@@vivid_racing thank you for the response. Would that also apply to catless downpipe
Good video
But not doing anything to my Raptor it’s perfect way it is
Only thing I did was fog lights that’s it 👍🏻
Soooooo……I take it you haven’t driven a tuned Raptor?
I was watching a video the other day and that guy recommended to upgrade our intercooler if you are getting these exhausts. What’s your say on it?
I would do exhaust, intake, tune, and then intercooler in that order. YOu can see what we offer here www.vividracing.com/index.php?keywords=vrp+ford+raptor+intake
Says the blow off valve no longer available what do u recommend
Here is a great alternative! www.vividracing.com/torque-solution-blow-off-valve-adapter-ford-f150-raptor-20132022-p-154889554.html
Does it make a difference when you are in Baja mode
No it will not
None of those mods will add any hp tuned or not, the best bang for the buck “mod” on a stock ecoboost Raptor (or any EB F150) is running 93 octane on stock tune these trucks auto adjust for it & make about 30whp more JUST from 93 octane. My 2020 Raptor dynoed 347whp/392tq stock & 442whp/497tq after installing a Gearhead 93 octane performance tune - this was on a dynojet
You sir are crazy... And to even waste time comparing dynos is dumb.
can you put some fuel in the truck? its begging you.
Never, fumes only
100hp is no joke! Great video.
where was the 100 hp? oh thats right, there wasnt. odd how his base line goes from 412 down to 389
ECU flash is $600 geez
raptor tax is real
lol c63 flash 1200 homes. 600 was a god send
Blow off valve doesn’t fit 2019 raptor. Your website says it does. But it doesn’t.
2017-2020 is all the same
None of that does anything. A tune does the most.
welp if you look at the dyno of the intake alone, thats not true www.vividracing.com/vrp-cold-air-intake-kit-ford-raptor-f150-ecoboost-p-151939185.html
I think the same, stock intake flows well & is “cold” air, I mentioned earlier running just 93 gas on a stock Raptor will gain more HP than a CAI & catback lol- but everyone knows a tune alone bumps these things 60-100whp
So far so bad! It sounds like you made a kiddie machine, wasting time and money while you were at it.
Brother, who hurt you? Its okay. We all have our personal preferences.
Idk wtf this dude talking about the raptor is a beast of a machine lol @@vivid_racing
Clown.
