Hawkeye wasn't high on my list when it came to favourites, but after watching the Hawkeye series, he's quickly jumped the list. I love how Marvel can make you enjoy a character a lot more that you once didn't.
It's so exciting and satisfying to see your favorite character finally get his due, right?! Hawkeye is my guy, always has been, and *finally* , he gets to show what a human BAMF he is. No powers, no Stark suit, the weakest weapon available...and yet, the Avengers can't win without him, and he *never misses* .
They did the same for me with WandaVision. I ended up loving Wanda and Vision as characters, and appreciated Elizabeth Olson and Paul Bettany as great actors.
I know exactly what you mean when you say the episode flew by. This is the case with this entire show: it’s so incredibly entertaining. As you say: they are killing it with this series. You know who’s also killing it though? You guys. You make every reaction to this a party, and I am pretty much just as entertained by watching you guys, as I am when watching the show itself. So I say: job well done to you! 😊
This episode is a 10/10 for me. It has everything I wanted from the show: great action, comedic moments, heartfelt moments, and more great interaction between kate and clint. All set within the christmas backdrop.
Perfect timing on this reaction guys and damn at that Wilson Fisk tease. Vincent D'Onofrio is really back everybody along with Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock and I could not be happier right now.
10:11 Here in Poland, the actor Piotr Adamczyk is known for many roles, but we remember him the most for playing pope John Paul II so there's so many memes about this. In one scene he yells in polish "Kazi, we're getting the fuck out" and everyone here was like "Nooo, the pope would never say that". Also, greetings and I love your reactions!
That phone scene with Clint and his son broke my heart. I actually cried, it was so sad. All he's trying to do is just be a good dad! I hope he gets his somewhat happy ending
When the WestWorld guy says "You have to be able to jump between two worlds" - when the Arcane girl makes fun of Imagine Dragons - this episode is tripping me out!
Hailee Steinfeld is still great as Kate Bishop and she is stepping up here in this episode, her other scene is emotional and heartbreaking when she writes on paper to communicate with Clint Barton on his son, shows you the range that Jeremy Renner and Hailee Steinfeld is showing
This episode gets bonus point's for playing Father Christmas by the Kinks wasn't expecting that. But yeah man this episode was amazing only wish it was a little longer which seems to be a common reaction to that ending, just tells me that the fanbase wants more. Those little nods at Fisk are also great from that shot of a large man in a suit followed by a laugh to Hawkeye mentioning a boss above Echo pretty much stating you don't want to fuck with him to the dialogue between Echo and her comrade on "Uncle" everything just points to Kingpin.
They've all been different genres, so they're hard to compare, but the Hawkeyes are giving the best acting performances of any D+ show. Except for Carl Lumley, obviously
I think next episode, Jack's going to remember Hawkeye and being the Swordsman reprimands him for losing the sword since he was the one to give it to Clint. I also think we're going to find out that Eleanor is down with Kingpin and the last episode will reveal that Kingpin had Kazi kill Will Lopez dressed as Ronin and teases the plot behind Echo's show and it goes off with a stinger of Echo seeking Matt Murdock's help. As long as Lucky the Pizza Dog doesn't get ragged like in the comic
@@IAmAPhan Maybe, maybe not. Marvel is great at putting a spin on the characters and storylines. Three episodes to go and the entire Echo show to find out.
The actress Alaqua Cox who plays Echo is an amputee. They just included it into the show. Rumor is, they are going to be introducing Daredevil characters on this show.

My biggest take from these shows is that Marvel has a roster of damn fine actors and actresses.
sarah hailey finn always on top of her game!
The MCU gets dismissed because it's mass market but they consistently pull out legitimately great performances from everyone.
