I am blessed to have company of Bhai Sahib Jee and this is recordings of 1983 . Bhai sahib Jee came to Dixie Gurdwara sahib in Canada first time in 1983 and I used to record his kirtan in Gurdwaras sahib and second time he came to Canada in 1985 to Weston Gurdwara sahib in Toronto Canada

I agree. To sing in proper raags requires lot if dedication and 'riyaz' . Nowadays people do not put the effort in. People are after quick results . Even the sangat is accustomed to listen to modern and simple tunes. If someone does kirtan the way it should be done people won't listen.
