It is by Bhai Nand Lal Goya. If you are interested in writings of Bhai Nand Lal, try to get it from Punjabi University Patiala - "Bhai Nand Lal Granthavali" edited by Dr Ganda Singh (including Punjabi translation of his Persian works).
