Can you make a smaller or simpler version of this one? Id love to see you do a series of making efficient medium sized farms efficiently but WITHOUT the elytra lol… like being efficient with scaffolding and using water to get up and down quickly to parts of large builds

I have 2 flying machine setup, but am sticking with the etho-hopper timed circuit. there's just WAYY too much bamboo coming! :) I had to convert the storage chests to shulker loaders.
Can add 4 more rows of chests under those 5, just add a wall in the floor to access them/not fall. This is because you can access things 5 blocks away, so use 9 rows(walls make 10th row hard to get at).
Have been debating building something like this in my head for months. Yet have no allay and don't want to make a big Ole rail collection, Going small I guess. Why are the allay so random and rare? Didn't know what I had when I did find and now I'm just a rambling fool not wanting to search out another mansion😂 good times!
The bamboo that triggers the observer doesn't grow as fast as the other bamboo. So anyone know the fix? So the whole area is covered with high bamboo except for that little one
@prowl8413 why do I need to go in by 3 of the chunk (the platform) … the flying machine can’t be bigger or the alleys won’t collect that far? What’s the reason for this?
Why not use ilmangos autocrafting machine that he used for tnt but you can use for bamboo blocks into a 50 50 mix of blocks and planks, use the planks to burn blocks and make charcoal It would condense down your logistics problems considerably
Why you do not use simply a etho clock timer instead of observer? Is it not better a minecart collection sistem underground and to have a higther farm? I built it long 70x10x15 with 10 hopper minecar line with istant mincart drop and redispensed
The hopper clock idea is fair enough, but what's wrong with using allays for collection? Using hopper minecarts would significantly increase the material construction cost of the farm
Why use a hopper clock that needs to be wired to 8 different locations, when just using a piece of bamboo works just as well? Why use hundreds of rails, hopper minecarts, minecart unloaded, and tons of hoppers to bring everything to 1 location, when you can use none of that by just having allays pick it all up for you. Quicker to build, cheaper, and more compact.
@@ThePurplePassage I like halley collection, the point that for me is better to use all the higth of the bamboo can possible grow before colecting and I do not think halley can handle such ammount of bamboo before it despown after 5 minutea...but I never tried so I do not know if halley can pick up all before despown.
@@Prowl8413 quiker and cheaper for sure, but it not need hundred of minecarts, just one for line and using a bamboo growing 15 you use a smoller surface....but I do not know the rate comparing how much fast bamboo grow. It is faster in rate to make it grow only 3 instead of wating 15 I mean in tume?
@@nessunonessun1 I'm not sure, maybe they could. You could very easily have more than 4 allays if the bamboo was despawning though, increasing 5 or 6 allays as needed. Using allays is quite flexible. In any case, there is no need to wait longer for the bamboo to grow to full height before having the flying machines be triggered and harvest it. If the flying machines just trigger twice as often you'd still get the same amount of bamboo overall but there would be with a more manageable amount to collect with each harvest. Remember that in prowl's design the flying machines will be triggered each time the bamboo next to the observer grows one unit, so there shouldn't be excessive amounts of bamboo in each harvest

Why not just make the observers into a clock? The bamboo will grow constantly anyways so why give the bamboo a chance to jam the machine?
