That is a fantastic video. I have a yanmar marine diesel engine and a friend explained that the leak coming from the fuel lift pump may be due to compression in the crankcase and that the crankcase breather may be blocked. I searched for information for this on youtube and your videos explain in basic illustrations and explanations exactly what I'm looking at. You're a great teacher. Thank you!
Thanks for the very informative and thorough explanation sir! Now i know the most possible cause of my car's problem, running at 277k miles.. More power to you and your channel!
Ok im watching your videos. I have a xtrail where the air filter is covered with oil and the MAF filter as well. I assume my turbo, EGR valves are covered in soot as well. These cars are plagued by this issue if they are not cleared out via high temp driving. My question is, with a turbo diesel, is the catch can required? Tell me which videos i should watch to understand it?
Thank you for this infomative video, I am now a subscriber. I have a question, my engine has a vent hose on top of the cover, but it is not connected to the manifold because of some modification they did to it in the past, does that affect anything on my engine? I have never connected it since there is no provision for it so I wouldn’t know if it would make a difference. Hope you get to read this. Thank you. Engine is Isuzu c223 diesel n/a.
You r the best out there.... Never seen so accurate and simplified way to address diesel engine problem.THANK YOU !
