    Ingredients
    200 g chicken, coarsely ground
    3-4 spur chilies /chopped
    5 cloves garlic
    ½ cup long beans, cut into short pieces
    1¼ Tbsp oyster sauce
    ½ Tbsp soy sauce
    ½ Tbsp seasoning sauce or fish sauce
    1 Tsp black soy sauce
    1-2 Tbsp water
    ½ Tsp sugar
    1 ½ cup holy basil leaves,
    2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
    ½ white pepper (optional)
    1 egg (1 per person)
    Jasmine rice for serving
    Prik Nam Pla (condiment for seasoning the egg) optional
    : Mix together some fish sauce, a squeeze of lime juice, chopped garlic, chopped Thai chilies,

    We are making this dish tomorrow (Mon. Feb. 28), but only have regular all-purpose Kikkoman soy and Japanese light soy. Can these be used? If so, how much of each? Thanks!
