@@jinxpanduit3321 thank you 👍🏻 This will be weekly, with a final starter battle/learning game just before Christmas where we will go through the main rules in more detail 👍🏻
It’s a great game and fun to play. Glad you enjoyed the video and our campaign. I am currently working on a big tractor factory for the German Pioneers to assault, so that should be a great piece to have on the table 👍🏻
@theministryofminiatures I'm very new to the whole RUclips thing. Just about of fun woth my kids. Hoping to gwt a table sorted soon so I can do some battle reps. Not copying you at all what so ever 😉
This is great, ive played 1 demo game and only just brought the british and inter-allied boxset (which im making tonight) very keen to watch these vids!
Thank you, glad you like it, should be weekly up until Christmas with a final starter battle walk through! Good luck with your new army, it is a great game and fairly easy to pick up 👍🏻
I hope to see many more videos on the subject. I’ve been wanting to play Bolt Action for some time now but I run into two issues: it’s not stocked by my local stores, and I have no one to play with.
Brand new recruit here! Really looking forward to following this series. Liked and subbed! May I ask a question? The way Warhammer handles rules and army stats always used to annoy me, as Games Workshop would always heavily re-balance and update the game from month to month, basically making the physical rulebook and army stats outdated and useless. It also meant you had to have your finger on the pulse of any rule changes ALL the time. Exhausting. From your experience, does Bolt Action operate in a similar way? Or is it more, once you own the rulebook, that's it? No need for updates/re-balancing until the next edition? Thank you for the video and your time! *salute*
Firstly thank you for your support and comment. Secondly the game is fairly balanced… to a degree. The new rules (v3) have rebalanced some of the over powered, or should I say over used units, such as Stuart tanks with multiple machine guns and Gurkhas, which were very commonly used, especially in the tournament format. The new rules try to balance this, although with gamers being gamers I am sure a new meta will evolve and lead to a new list of OP units, but we shall see… certainly the idea with the new rules was to re-balance this and make the armies a little more historic. Feel free to ask questions, it’s a great game 👍🏻
I am with you 100 pecent. I dropped hundreds of dollars on warhammer before I realized the nonsense GW was doing to basically make everything you buy worthless within a month so they can sell you something else. I dumped it all and will never purchase another GW product i hope they go tits up. I have been playing Epic battles from warlord and love it I have seen no indication they are up to the same shenanigans. I am just getting into bolt action but I am watching it closely as this game seems to have more of a competitive following which is exactly the excuse GW used to constantly change things.
Thanks, the roads are from FatFrank on eBay, they are cheap and flexible and I would definitely recommend. The trees are custom built by George in our group, he allows me to borrow them for games 👍🏻
Just getting into Bolt Action
Great news and welcome. Enjoy the journey and good luck with your journey, it is a great game.

That is a great starter set, good luck with it 👍🏻
Hello
Where did you get your third party quick refrence sheet?
It was on the Bolt Action Facebook page, or if you email me I can send it to you 👍🏻
