I love this theme so much. It's like the mirror of 11's theme. Where 11 was heading to what he thought was his end, 15 is looking to the horizon with acceptance of his trauma. New beginnings. The universe is his oyster. He's not running *away* from anything like 11, but running *towards* life.
There needs to be more epicness for a Doctor theme. I always thought The Doctor Forever was a better theme tune for 10 than his actual theme tune, and I think he pinched that from 9. 11 and 12 had great and very epic theme tunes, 13s was cool as well.
I hope they don’t forget the doctors theme as it’s been played during all of the doctors tenure after 2005- remember the theme starting all the way back in the 1st new episode in 2005- rose
I just realized the repeating descending strings are in the same key - and same progression no less, as the “OORP” of the TARDIS’ “VWOORP” flight sound!
The closest your gonna get is the version from the 60th concert, which has been uploaded to YT countless times now. Besides from the clapping at the beginning it's almost perfect quality
