"I played the first game with the one doctor. I played the second game with this doctor. Therefore your own rules decree that I play the third game with the NEXT doctor!"
As it's been 7 years and still no sign of the Series 10 soundtrack, I'm predicting it'll be 2040 when we get the 2023 Specials soundtrack released. So this video is great!
I love the artwork (almost as much as the music)! I’m not certain if that was intentional, but the Toymaker here looks to me like a cross between Michael Gough‘s and Neil Patrick Harris‘ portrayal of the character.
This is amazing!!!!! Given that it'll probably be a while before Gold's score is officially released, I'm really glad a rendition of the score this good is out there!
Really appreciate you including lots of references to All the strange creatures. I was so disappointed that we didn't get a reprise of it in the episode
Spectacular arrangement. I am in awe of the high-quality of this music suite and artwork. I loved when the artwork switched just at the right time during the bi-generation music.
This was absolutely phenomenal! Your best work yet! Thank you so much for sharing this with the community! You’re all we can rely on until the hopeful release of the OST! 😂 But honestly, this is superb and you are incredible at what you do! May I request a cover of ‘I’m not just a Timelord’ where the rocket explodes and the Doctor is reminiscing, following with ‘Fighting The Flood’ from the ending of The Waters Of Mars please? I think your cover of that would be amazing! 😁
Took me a minute to work out this wasn’t a really clean rip. The music is perfect! Love your arrangements, utterly faithful but you’ve put your own spin there too and it sounds great
"Is that why you came here?" Repeated The Doctor, a terrible suspicion forming in his mind. "And they do so love playing games. All sorts of games." "Have you come here for me?" The question was now insistent. "My dear, Doctor." The Mandarin swung round, the polite tone of voice now belied by the glint in his eye. "The last time we met you were the victim of your own intellectual concede. Which now seems to have developed into full blown paranoia! At one time, it's true. I held a... passing interest in your... peregrinations... through time and space. But the idea I should squat on this amusing but, depressingly backward planet waiting for you to drop in is egocentric in the extreme." The Doctor refused to be bluffed. "You set up The Space Time Vortex." He accused, quietly. "Doctor." Replied The Mandarin, fixing him with his eyes and replying just as quietly. "I am... ...The Space Time Vortex." That stopped The Doctor in his tracks. - The Sixth Doctor And The Toymaker From The Nightmare Fair Novelisation. That is one of my favourite scenes from that novel. Anyway this is a great arrangement as it always is. Looking forward to The Church On Ruby Road. If your doing it that is. I would be interested to see if you do an instrumental of The Goblin Song or not if you do. I do tend to prefer listening to your arrangements compared to the actual soundtrack given there just that much better.
I absolutely love this. So much time and effort. Really hope you decide to do something similar for Legend of Ruby Sunday/Empire of Death, especially after THAT reveal.
It's like Christmas come early! Christmas in Janurary! Janusmas! ... No, that last part doesn't sound right, forget I ever said Janusmas! [/Semi-Serious] But seriously? Bravo, good person! Bravo!
Absolutely fantastic work on this! Also, what did you think of the specials? Edit: I love that you extended the "To Come Home" track. I felt that scene was kinda quick and resolved swiftly. Not enough time to feel the weight of 14th despair of not having the Tardis.
Heya! I use FL Studio as a DAW, however the instruments are various libraries and VSTs from folks like Spitfire, East West and Soundiron, to name a few 🙏
I use a mix of sample libraries from Spitfire, Soundiron, East West and a number of others... there's many free samples/VSTs out there too if you do some digging
BUZZING for this! 😁

I've been listening to this on repeat at work, it's amazing. I can't believe this isn't the original masters. It's incredible! Doing gods work!!!
Thank you so much Josh!!!!!!

Fantastic arrangement as always.

"I'M RIGHT!"
" I'M ALWAYS RIGHT!"
love your version of these soundtracks as always
I've been refreshing your page every day in anticipation for this. cannot wait to hear it!
30:09 is just amazing it's a much better version of fifteen's theme than what we got on the actual episode.
8:38 is just BEAUTIFUL❤

We actually do hear it in quite a few tracks in Star Beast/The Giggle, I just made it a lot more prominent! Happy to be of service though!
That shepherds boy is just perfect

I'm always right gives me some years and years vibes

Fine Ill watch The Giggle again
As always, blowing us away!! Your music is always incredible!! ❤️❤️

"PERFECTION" - Force Dalek 2024
IVE BEEN WAITING SO LONG
Just turned on!!! Cannot wait!!!!!
I’ve been waiting for this one, can’t wait to hear it😁
Yeah this is increible, thank you so much!
I absolutely love this. So much time and effort. Really hope you decide to do something similar for Legend of Ruby Sunday/Empire of Death, especially after THAT reveal.
Thank you! Suites for all the episodes are in the works!
Thank you for doing these!!
Thank you uploading this! Been waiting eagerly for it 🎉

This was awesome
Lovin it!
INCREDIBLE WORK 👏🏼
Winner takes all is really nice, I wish that part was in the episode
AAAHHHHH! It’s here!!! 🎉❤🎉
AT LAST.
I loved when Hologram came on, it would've been perfect if he just regenerated right there.
very nice
Was Goodbye Pond or Where there’s tears actually in the episode or was that your addition? Amazing work btw
Thank you! Those were my additions - I felt it fitting to include a couple motifs from each companion's goodbyes beyond just their character themes

You're so talented.
Fantastic!
Absolutely fantastic work on this!
Also, what did you think of the specials?
Edit: I love that you extended the "To Come Home" track. I felt that scene was kinda quick and resolved swiftly. Not enough time to feel the weight of 14th despair of not having the Tardis.
The back end of “To come home” feels really familiar but I can’t pin where from
That's 'Every Christmas is Last Christmas' from Series 8!
@@WhoviVortexahh yes so it is. Absolutely gorgeous with that scene in the 60th
Hope we get an official soundtrack just like yrs ago
I love that last song! Is it possible to isolate it? :O
Sorry if I'm asking a stupid question. You did this whole arrangement suite by yourself only?
That’s not stupid! Yup, I arranged this myself entirely by ear, and had a little help from @vortex0509 with transcribing ‘To Come Home’
What other song from Murray Gold are you incorporating at the end of "Laughing at the human race"?
It's a mix of 'All the Strange, Strange Creatures', 'Locked On' and 'Final Days'!
Will you be doing an arrangement for The Church on Ruby Road?
It’s in the works!
can u add a big pair of scissors behind them thx
Hello, may I ask you what software are you using for making music? :)
Heya! I use FL Studio as a DAW, however the instruments are various libraries and VSTs from folks like Spitfire, East West and Soundiron, to name a few 🙏

Where do you find the instruments to do covers?
I use a mix of sample libraries from Spitfire, Soundiron, East West and a number of others... there's many free samples/VSTs out there too if you do some digging
@@WhoviVortex What DAW Would you recommend
