The end where all the themes are incorporated into each other and all the Doctors just gradually ramp up in colour... Chills... Straight chills... It was like 2013 and hearing "No sir... All 13!"
I love how more and more the theme of the doctor passes from some trauma-themed to more epic and "who's next?" Type, it shows the character evolution and how he aprended to be human again, to be The Doctor and not a warrior
He technically did, It was just a quieter somber version of 9’s theme. Not much of a theme but maybe that was intentional to show how hopeless he felt during the war.
This is absolutely beautiful. The culmination of their melodies at the end with 15’s front and center as the rest start rallying behind gave me goosebumps ❤
Only problem is that classic who didn’t do character themes like new who does. The closest you get is during the 80’s, when they would use the Doctor Who theme as ‘The Doctor’s Theme’
9 and 13's themes are my favourite, they both feel mysterious but also sum up the doctor at that time, one recovering from the time war and one seeking adventure. They also aren't to bombastic, over the top and overused, like I am the doctor, which I liked at first but it became so overused that I now hate it. They're themes that can play in the background of a scene and not take it over, which is my problem with a lot of nu who music, where it bashes you over the head and rams the music down your ears as if you're unable to feel anything from the scene itself. Music is supposed to compliment a scene not dictate how you should feel about a scene.
I love all the Doctors themes but I agree with 9 and 13. Both are much more subtle, but reflects their personalities. 9's theme reflects his pain, sadness and trauma from the great time war. 13's Doctor is hopeful and optimistic. 9th Doctor was my introduction to Doctor Who. Jodie Whitaker deserved so much better from the lackluster writing, but she was great as 13.
We all change, when you think about it, we're all different people; all through our lives, and that's okay, that's good, you've gotta keep moving, so long as you remember all the people that you used to be" "I will not forget one line of this, not one day, I swear. I will always remember when The Doctor was me" (11th doctor regeneration speech)
The 9th and 10th Doctors theme will always give me chills or make me want to cry. It's just so beautiful, enveloping his pain and sadness from the war, yet having someone beautiful at heart to keep him going. Having someone that tugged his soul in a way not even River Song could do. Rose and The Doctor will forever be the best duo/love story within the Who-Verse. How a normal girl changed the heart of broken, lonely man and gave him something no one else could… *Humanity.*
While Rose has been important, she's very clearly not the only one; let's not forget about the others before and after her. Before her for example, there was Sarah Jane. After Rose there was Donna. And River Song, Clara, etc. They've all been equally important to the Doctor, not even the Doctor themself would put one above the other. Ofc you can have your personal favorite, most of us do, but don't forget: the companions, all of them, have been the ones to bring humanity to the Doctor, ever since the beginning. And just like the Doctor has had multiple best friends, they've fallen in love multiple times, all just as important. To deny this would be denying a very important concept of Doctor Who: change. The Doctor now has a new best friend in Ruby, and seemed to have developed feelings for Rogue. This is part of the Doctor's life, but doesn't mean they ever forget what the others have meant to them. Personally though, it's the Doctor and Donna for me, which is why I'm glad the 60th ended the way it did.
@@Oscarzilla2004 sadly no, the track called "The Doctor's theme" is the Doctor's general theme not 10's. It was already present in series 1. 10's theme is "The Doctor Forever"
In which part of the specials sounds that 14th Doctor theme? I mean, "Doctor Forever" was supposed to be the Tennants leitmotif (it sounded when he was analyzing the ship impact with the screwdriver, and when he saw the duplicated TARDIS).
The 9th,10th,11th and 12th Doctor are my favorite because of their creative ideas. But BBC is best when making themed songs for their characters that can be used to make even better music when combined
Nice!!!!!!! Can you do one with the classic doctors? 7's theme is "...and somewhere else the tea's getting cold" 8's theme is "Doctor Who - There's a man I know" War Doctor's theme is "Not the Doctor - Only the Monstrous"
Loving this, do you do commissions at all? Planning a Doctor Who Stop Motion for next years 20th Anniversary if you're interested with getting in touch
Hey brilliant, I would’ve naturally tuned out for the 13th doctor onwards as that’s when doctor who died, but if you separate the music and the screen, you realise they’re good themes, just put on bad tv!
10’s theme was in there, but 14’s theme showed up twice in the Giggle. Once when he’s in the Toymaker’s hideout I think, and another at the end when he’s with Donna and the rest of the family
They are the Doctor.
Man, I'd love to hear a full theme of just 9's. His version always has that mystical feel to it, back when Who was still "New and mysterious"
The end where all the themes are incorporated into each other and all the Doctors just gradually ramp up in colour... Chills... Straight chills... It was like 2013 and hearing "No sir... All 13!"
THAT WAS 2013?! goddamn I feel old.
The beat drop from 11 to 12 was so insane.
I love how more and more the theme of the doctor passes from some trauma-themed to more epic and "who's next?" Type, it shows the character evolution and how he aprended to be human again, to be The Doctor and not a warrior
I agree
I didn't realize the War Doctor didn't have a theme in the televised show haha I'm so used to big finish stuff. This is great work!
He technically did, It was just a quieter somber version of 9’s theme. Not much of a theme but maybe that was intentional to show how hopeless he felt during the war.
I'd say it was sad man in a box that's what's playing when he regenerates
There’s “I’m not the doctor” and “how many children were on Galifrey”
The reason why is because the war doctor was before 2005 Thus before that BBC wanted to stop with Doctor who actually after the 7th or 8th doctor.
3:59 THE LITTLE THEME SONG JINGLE AT THE END!!!!
The transition from 14-15 is the pure gold ❤
Low-key the Twelfth Doctor one should be a whole track on its own 😭
Believe the original track is called ‘A Good Man…’ maybe there’s more to the title can’t remember. It’s in season 9 :))
12's official theme is called "A Good Man?" :))

Wow

Don’t you mean “FANTASTIC”?
Or brilliant!@@CrystalX329
Those last few minutes need an entire composition of their own
The Moffat era ones and Jodie's are my fav
I've tried so many times to make this and given up. Glad to hear someone else actually a finish one.

3:34 and onwards gave me chills
if there's ever a Day of the Doctor 2, the end part NEEDS to be used
so good
For me personally my top 3 memorable Doctors are
1. Christopher Eccleston
2. David Tennant
3. John Hurt "The War Doctor" (R.I.P 😔💔)
Honestly, this is one of the best fan medleys I've ever heard. Love how you incorporated The Doctor's Theme into Fifteen's (3:14)! 🤩👏
The 13th doctors theme is my fav, i love it sm
The transition from 12 to 13 was so smooth
this is the good shit
Dude this is incredible, you gotta do more 12th doctor themes
Impressive, very nice. Now let's the Classic Doctors
Only problem is that classic who didn’t do character themes like new who does. The closest you get is during the 80’s, when they would use the Doctor Who theme as ‘The Doctor’s Theme’
lol okay, Pat
Absolutely incredible work as always
