Recently, I saw We the Kings live with Simple Plan. This song was one of my favourites when it was released. It got me through a lot, even the suicide of a loved one. I completely forgot it was them who sung it, hearing it live was a huge surprise but one of the best moments ever.

I've just remembered why I loved this band so much.
ughhh I miss the 2000s hair and fashion!! This band and song have gotten me (and ofc most of us on here) through some of the darkest times of our youths in the 2000a and now growing up in our late 20s and now 30s. Every time I come back to listen to this song, it brings me back to my wonderful teenage years in middle/high school when I first discovered We The Kings. Oh how much I miss living with my family in a pretty suburban area and jamming out in a garage listening to pop punk with the other kids in the neighborhood during the host summer afternoons :(((
