The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus dedicated this song to the 8 teenagers who were killed by an E4 tornado in Enterprise, Alabama on March 1, 2007. A boy named Michael Bowen tried to save his girlfriend Katie Strunk, he jumped on his girlfriend and tried to save her on raging tornado. He was killed by the tornado together with his girlfriend and they were found holding each other tight. He did it because he loved her and wanted for her to live but unfortunately, they both died. "I will never let you fall, I'll stand up with you forever. I'll be there for you through it all, even if saving you sends me to heaven." Thus, he's her guardian angel. The song was even the school's prom theme that year. Enterprise High School was destroyed by this tornado.
My condolences to those who were sacrificed by the tornado. However when I think of the remained, how fortunate those who spent time at the prom, together with the very love, along this song as its theme!

It was during one of my after-school shenanigans at my friends house, and someone put this song on, out of nowhere, tears started to fall from my eyes. The reason-I was so heartbroken. I found out that my football guy crush was in a relationship then. It was my very first heartbreak, oh, how fragile this heart was back in the days. That afternoon, whenever I hear the line, "I can show you, I'll be the one." I cried even more. My friends told me that it was okay and that I could just find another happy crush. While all of that was true, I just can't go up and find another that easy, because experiencing love and heartbreak at such a young age is like, looking after your tamagochi and doing all the best you can to take care of it, only for it to die, yes, it's that simple, but to me, it was such a big deal. And also, I had a lot of fond memories with this football guy, from just simply watching him practice in the field and waiting for him to pass by the hallways to him knowing my existence and being shy whenever my friends would shout that I got it bad for him. This song gets me cryin', no matter how happy I was before I heard it.
