I’m so happy to share this video with you, so you can use these ideas or create new techniques for turning cultured apple scraps from making vinegar into healthy snacks!
Fantástico, genial, pero me hubiese gustado verlo en Español!
How did you dehydrate the apple sauce?
I absolutely love ways to avoid food waste, or waste in general. Thank you for the inspiring video!
You’re so welcome, I’m so glad you are the same.
It's not saving wastage it's rather creating probiotics for our digestive system
@@Biohealthbybiofoods sounds to me like it is both...
Excellent method to create more probiotics that's much far better than packaged factory foods wawo I love it
Thank you so much!
Those roll ups look great! 🧡
Thank you so much, they are also very tasty!
I love Apple leather!
It’s really good!
This is an awesome video! I love that you share how to take food preservation to the next level. You present the information in such a way that for me it’s fool proof. Thank you! ❤️

Interesting stuff...
Thanks for sharing and keep up the grear work
Much love from Switzerland
Thank you so much!
So cool! I make my vinegar from leftover cores and peels when I make applesauce. I go apple picking and make applesauce and apple pie filling for the whole year, and the scraps get turned into vinegar. Because it's just peels and cores in the jar, I usually just toss them into the compost once I've strained it.
I get too many free apples during the season too, sometimes when I have too much scrapes from making ACV, I compost them too.
I love this! I also make mine from cores, it turns out perfect and makes me happy about my apple-eating obsession!
It was a pleasure to learn from you! Thank you very much. ATB🙏🏻🍀💚
You’re welcome, I’m so glad you find it helpful.
Bravo!!! Thank you for this very useful video.
Qué genial! Muchas gracias.
Thank you for sharing this 🙏🏻 I really enjoy watching your videos ❤️❤️
Hi, great video! I was wondering if you used a dehydrator or the oven to make the leather strips. If you used the oven could you tell us how long and what temperature you used?!? Thank you for such an inspiring foray into the world of cultured foods ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I use my oven to dehydrate my fruit leather. I can set the temperature as low as 100 degrees. I’m so glad you find it inspiring!
@@GourmetVegetarianKitchen Thank you for the information. I shall give it a whirl and let you know how it turned out! Happy Happy Holidays to you! Wishing you happiness, continued success, and good health for many years to come.
İf you live in dry climate in summer just put your balcony or in winter you can put near to the radiator. I use these methods instead of oven. Its very common in Turkey. We call this"pestil"
Grazie

Thank you, what is the juicer you use, your tools look beautiful.
My juicer is very old, but it works so well for me. it’s omega juicer.
Me encantan los vídeos de este canal, ojalá todos tuvieran la opción de subtítulos en español. Gracias
What are the leathers stripes for? how do you use them? thanks!
They're just eaten as a snack. I know you didn't ask me, but since I think I know the answer you're looking for, I took the risk. Kids (and grownups) like the store-bought variety, so they are liable to like these, too.
@@hopefulagnostic336 wow thank You so much! I Will try it
They are for eating as healthy snacks- like apple sauce but dry.
Thanks for the video, what to do with the cultured apple leather?
Hola, Qué lástima que el vídeo que no tiene la opción de Subtítulos, para saber bien lo que se dice. Soy :( de habla hispana
Your videos are wonderful. I have tried coconut oil(which turned out fantastic) and ACV is in the making.♥
Do you think it is possible to get essential oils from plants and peels through fermentation at home?
Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind comment, I'm so glad you made my recipes. I don't use essential oil very often, and have never thought about it before. It's very interesting, and I'll definitely look into this!
@@GourmetVegetarianKitchen Thank you. :) ♥

Hi, just check did you hydrate the apple leather using oven?
Just wondering does the dehydrating destroy the probiotics or storing in the fridge.
Cuanto de manzana se empieza hacer el vinagre.Gracias
OMG!!!!!!😍😍😍😍🤩
In the morning, I drink ACV and water. Would drinking fermented apple juice do the same thing? I’m assuming this vinegar would be the same as the ACV I buy, but better because homemade...
Fermented juices are rich in probiotics. Keeps the microbes in the gut balanced

How to remove black mould ,if it starts to develop during making vinegar.

It's the ancient tecqnie and nearest to nature what is human build for in fact we are not build for processed package foods. Unfortunately now a days packaged factory processes foods are the worst food human are eating in whole their history time.
I know exactly what you mean. You can definitely avoid packaged foods by making your own as much as you can.
