How to Get a Refund on Steam [Quick Tutorial]

In this video, I'm going to show you how to request a refund on Steam. The process is fairly simple.
Two qualifications for requesting a refund is that you've purchased the game within 14-days and have played it less than 2 hours. If you meet both of these requirements, you can request a refund on Steam.
You first open your Steam application, then in the top navigation click on Help and then click on Steam support. In that menu, click on purchases, then select the game you recently purchased. You should be able to click on request a refund and go through the prompts of refunding the money to either your Steam wallet or back to your credit card. Then you select a reason you're refunding the game and Steam should give you a refund within the next few hours or potentially the next day.

I'm just wondering if they will refund the purchase after having the item for a long period of time such as 3 months but only 10 minutes of playtime. Can't they make an exception bcuz the game I purchased sucked and I just forgot about it.
