    • @lyndagruen2047
      @lyndagruen2047 4 года назад +34

      It never fails to amaze me how progressives are unable to recognize that they are the ones who have destroyed their own areas. We don't put in place the policies they do, because we recognize how their policies are unrealistic - and would, probably in many cases, do more harm than good. That's why we prosper and enjoy life, so long as there aren't all that many progressives in our area. I do pity them for wanting the prosperity and sense of community we enjoy in our conservative communities. I just wish they would wise up and fix their own communities, rather than take over ours. High quality of life shouldn't a handout. It is earned through voting in good policies and treating people well.

    I live in Jacksonville and I can say that when I moved here one of the things that struck me was how many people volunteer to do things for public good. I took my kids to Special Olympics one year and there were about three volunteers for every athlete. I routinely see people doing roadside litter pick up. I myself clean the river every year and there are thousands who do the same and clean the beaches here too. The Leftists don't trust people to do the right thing but that thinking is wrong. People will rise to occasion.

    California has not been conservative in a long time. San Diego and Orange County used to be conservative strongholds. So many liberals have moved into these areas, plus the liberal teachings of our kids, have combined to change the demographics, so that there are no conservative strongholds along the coastal areas of California, which are the population centers. You get away from the coast, into central and rural California, and it is predominantly conservative. Unfortunately, these population numbers are not anywhere enough to override the democrat population numbers along the coast.

      Exactly, Greaser Bub. Just wish it wasn’t someone who calls themselves Greaser Bub the Original that leads out with this. Just wish the name sounded more intelligent and compelling. Love you man, but the name totally plays into the left’s narrative regarding the stereotype of what conservatives are: a bunch of non-sterile, uneducated, unhealthy, Bible thumping, gun toting, constitution hugging undesirables. Basically, what they call, “the great unwashed.” To return to the greatness of what our Founding Fathers intended America to be, conservatives need to do a clean up act too. Conservatives are not just a bunch of grease loving ignorant people. They are aware, conscientious, clean, intelligent, responsible, truly kind, hard working, sacrificial people who want to do what it takes to give a free and decent country to their progeny. I believe that is exactly who you are, you just need the confidence to rise up and understand that you are better than Greaser Bub. Sorry, to be rude, but this is constructive criticism: it sounds like a name you give to a prize male pig. One of the most important things that conservatives can realize is that we need refinement in America not more defilement.

I hear Tucson may be pretty decent for you leftists, too. Just don't expect the state to turn blue until you recruit enough refugees from California. Even then, they may be those less-willing to vote in favor of leftist policies - for a short while, anyway.

      Regulations and Policing. Most conservative big cities are tough on crime and hence they don't tolerate petty crimes like theft and drug dealing like liberal cities. Secondly, their regulation regarding building new housing in the city and around the city are much less than big liberal cities, which means, house prices are kept low as more housing can be built. This keeps rents low and so even a middle class worker can afford/rent a relatively decent place to live in.

    • @olivesama
      @olivesama 2 года назад +2

      Depends on what you mean by "great" and "crisis". Jacksonville is Florida's murder capital. Alaska has the highest crime rate of any state. Fresno has a higher homicide rate than either LA or San Francisco.
      One thing red areas get right is having a low cost of living, but they have not been immune to crime.

      psalmcsk yes. That’s why the media is exactly what President Trump says it is. It’s fake media sold out and bought out by the Marxists. The thing that no one ever talks about is that Russia is China and China 🇨🇳 is Russia. For that matter, Cuba is Russia and Russia is Cuba. Venezuela is Russia and Russia is Venezuela...... You get my point. Wherever there is a Marxist regime, there is, you guessed it, Russia. Do you know what Russia calls the President of China? They call him, “Comrad Xi.” That’s right, “Comrad.” Interestingly enough though, one hardly ever hears about Russian imperialism, the greatest plan for world domination that ever was concocted. That’s because they have invisibly infiltrated every level of society in the East and West, barely leaving any fingerprints. Marxists totalitarians, the enemies of freedom loving people all around the world have been very patiently, methodically, and brilliantly playing the long game and they are winning.

      @@psalmcsk This is fuckin nothing, my man. I live in Brazil and here down Argentina socialism is destroying economy (well dah). But guess what? Guess fucking what's new??? Two years ago, chinese fisherman's boats were caught in West coast of south America. Last year, it was in Argentina. Is literally a invasion of marine borders. As you can search in google, the argentina currency (peso argentino) worths something like five cents of dollar. Indeed, it's becoming almost impossible trading internationally from Argentina......... unless you're trading with China! Because this year dollar became the second most common trading currency in Argentina and China's yuam became the first one! And all of this happened in this short space of one year.

      @@matthew8153 To place, illegitimately, the name of the Continent in the name of the country, besides being illegitimate, it is ridiculous.
      "United States" is a generic name and "America" is the name of the Continent, that is, they still have no country name. That is, the nameless country.
      And whoever is born in the country without a name is called u.s. native, usonian, united statian or u.s. citizen, because americans are ALL PEOPLE born in the continent of America. America (since 1507) is the Continent and only the Continent. Americo Vespucci was in the Brazilian territory for almost two years and, no, in any part of the north of the Continent. In other wors, wake up!, usonians/u.s. native HAVE NOT to do with the word "America". And of course the word America HAVE NOT to do with english or England or a nameless country "called" u.s. They simply misappropriate everything, even geographical names, without asking anyone. Until today they have not given back the Mexican lands taken by force in the 19th century. Absurd and have shame on the face!!!
