    1. Tia Carrera/Cassandra sang all of her songs, and she also has a Grammy for singing and voice over work.
    2. It's weird seeing Rob Lowe as a heavy.
    3. Brian Doyle Murry is Bill Murry's brother and has been in a ton of movie/tv including two of the Vacation movies.
    4. Vincent Fournier/Alice Cooper is a historian, so he loved playing in this thing.
    5. He is also a surprisingly good golfer and I've had the privilege of seeing him twice 😎😁
    6. Ed O'Neil AND Meatloaf.😁😁
    7. A 1978 stoner's film you will like is Cheech & Chong, "Up in Smoke". 😎😎

If you liked this, you should check out the sequel, which came out a couple of years after this. Mike Myers and Dana Carvey obviously return as Wayne and Garth, and Tia Carrere is also back as Cassandra. However, a new addition to the cast this time is Christopher Walken. I think the two of you will enjoy it. In the meantime, party on.🎉🥳

Though he didn't make the edit, Ed O'Neil (Married With Children, Modern Family) is so funny to me as the donut shop guy. The mere fact that he is one of the few who can see the camera is a great gag, but his dark personality is just hilarious.
Every time the camera lingers on him and he starts some strange macabre story, I start cracking up. The responses to him are also great.
You should see Scanners 😉 It's classic Cronenberg.

      That’s correct.
His parents were English immigrants from the Old Swan area of Liverpool. Both were World War II veterans, his mother having served in the Women's Royal Air Force and his father in the British Army.
An avid follower of the Monty Python comedy troupe, in July 2014 Myers appeared on stage at the O2 Arena, London on the final night of their 10 dates live show, Monty Python Live (Mostly), and also appears on the documentary telefilm Monty Python: The Meaning of Live.
Myers said that the Austin Powers films and the character were inspired by the British films, music and comedy of the 1960s and 70s his father had introduced him to as a child. "After my dad died in 1991, I was taking stock of his influence on me as a person and his influence on me with comedy in general. So Austin Powers was a tribute to my father, who [introduced me to] James Bond, Peter Sellers, the Beatles, The Goodies, Peter Cook and Dudley Moore."

The best thing about Mike Myers (and the 90’s SNL cast) is their commitment to the character and the joke.
Just like Adam Sandler, Chris Farley, David Spade…even if the punchline is silly or simple, the way they tell the joke is hilarious enough.

SNL did several films around that time based on their characters. I find Tim Meadow's "The Ladies Man" criminally underrated and almost zero reactions... But Tim Meadows as a 70s reject "ladies man" kills me.. Will Farrell is fun too.. they also released "Coneheads*, "Superstar ", "Stuart Saves His Family", "It's Pat?" (Yikes), "A Night at the Roxbury" and if course "Wayne's World 2".

I'm not very much into comedy sadly, but... Here are two suggestions for future videos:
    - Moonfall (2012): Best/worst disaster movie ever. Both intentional and unintentional comedy moments. The ending is unexpected.
    - They Live (1988): This underrated gem has a bit of everything: Good, serious sci-fi, campy action, memorable lines and the longest fighiting scene ever.

The other year Josh Gad put together a series of cast reunions, one of which was for Wayne’s World.
Queen’s Brian May & Roger Taylor made an appearance & unknown to Myers & the cast revealed that Freddie Mercury had seen Wayne’s World just a matter of weeks prior to his death.
May told how Freddie had enjoyed the film & even gave the use of Bohemian Rhapsody his personal seal of approval. Myers was visibly moved by this revelation.
Oh & Myers laughter when Garth asks him the Bugs Bunny question is genuine.

13:00 Wayne's World is a classic. I've watched it so many times. The unscripted Bugs Bunny line and Mike Myer's laugh is one of the funniest moments in a comedy movie. A womanizing TV executive puts a public access TV show hosted by an unemployed headbanger and his eccentric best friend on his television network with the intent of ruining it and also stealing the show's host new girlfriend for himself.

Oh, I hate humidity coupled with heat 🥵 I can deal with dry heat, but don’t give me humidity.
I just want to say thanks for all the great content that the both of you have been cranking out this week including your livestream. I really enjoyed watching the both of you reacting to Wayne’s World. It’s truly a classic that stands the test of time 😊

Being in Queensland you get used to heat and humidity. I love a dry heat though when I get to travel for work. It's 20C+ winters day and I'm in track pants and a bathrobe, you are used to what you're used to!

This movie and the sequel came out when I was 13 and 14 and loved both movies. Tbh when I watch today its a tad bit too goofy for me. But I still loved your reaction and hope you will watch the sequel, Wayne's World 2.

Florida has been extra hot all summer. Yes it was a SNL skit for years. Haven't watched it in years because it's really not a timeless classic.

Fun Fact: According to guitarist Brian May, Freddie Mercury did give permission for the song to be used and saw the clips while he was close to death because Mike Myers had sent a tape and wanted him to see it, which Mike Myers really fought to keep the song "Bohemian Rhapsody" in the movie and nearly the whole song too.
Also, Tia Carrere was already an accomplished singer before this movie and did all her singing scenes. She also learned how to play the bass guitar for the songs too.
Definitely can't wait for "Wayne's World 2" reaction!

It’s a shame that Warner and Led Zeppelin weren’t so cool about just four notes. I would really arpeggiate, er _appreciate_ it if they were.

For another Mike Myers SNL-based comedy movie; "So I Married An Axe Murderer" (1993)
And one with Dan Aykroyd: "Coneheads" (1993)
Not a SNL movie, but with early SNL player John Belushi: "Animal House" (1978)

Another film you might want to look at is "Some Kind of Wonderful" from 1987 if you have not seen it.

A pure classic here I remember seeing this one in the theater. And the movie was sold out I think SNL knew that they had a hot on their hands.

Tough one for me. I do love the film. But I have issues with Mike Myers. Hard for me to separate the art from the artist. Dana Carvey on the other hand is fantastic.
