- The way I do SEO in 2024 is a bit different than just a couple of years ago.
In 2024, it's all about 3 things:
1. High quality content
2. Link building
3. User Experience
I haven't ever been as focused on user experience as I am this year.

Kind of a random question but how much does owning an llc help with seo? Is it equivalent to showcasing a physical address
I don't see it help in any way. As long as the physical address you're stating on your website is where you are located, then you're good.
@@PhillipStemann it’s a virtual office so a business address that I have and technically could receive mail to it as well but i believe google likes to see this as I’m seen as a more legitimate business and same goes for the llc especially when showing it to google with schema. Matt diggity had a case study with the physical address and it boosted rankings because google likes to see these legitimate websites/ businesses though I’m not looking for local traffic or to use a gbp just want to show a business address. The LLC I’m not sure of if it helps or not but I can see how it would.
Would it be wise to prioritize things like quality content, eeat, information gain and topical authority rather than seo tactics like lsi
You should do both, but if you can't, then yes, the first part you mention is more important even though they go hand-in-hand.
@@PhillipStemann is it still possible for affiliate sites to be successful or are they doomed after this update? Maybe they can still be successful on other search engines like bing if they’re doomed on google but I’m trying to make everything as high quality as possible in terms of eeat design and seo and present myself as a brand but in a competitive niche so not sure how likely it is to succeed after the last update
