Today we have first images of the new Lego Transformers Bumblebee set, information on the next Lego Super Mario 18+ set, a new Lego Jules Verne promo alongside more Lego promos info and even images of the Lego Pharrell Williams Lego set based on the new Lego Piece by Piece move and the reveal of the new Lego Icons 10337 Lamborghini Countach set!
The long awaited Lego 10338 Transformers Bumblebee is here thanks to an early find on Facebook Marketplace! The new Lego Bumblebee will contain 950 pieces and retail for $90 when it releases on July 1st! The Lego 10338 Bumblebee will be based on G1 Lego Bumblebee and will be able to transforms just like Lego Optimus Prime released two years ago now! Lets hope we continue to see more Lego Transformers sets in the future!
We got some more information on the Lego June 2024 promos with an image of the Lego 40690 Tribute to Jules Verne set giving us a new Lego Jules Verne minifigure! It's also rumoured we'll see double Lego Insiders Points next week! Just after all that, we'll see the release of the Lego 10337 Lamborghini Countach set for $180 and will contain 1506 pieces and is part of the Lego Icons vehicle line! We will probably get images of the Lego Jaws set next and then the Lego 42172 Technic Supercar for this year which is rumoured to be a Lego Mclaren Supercar!
Lego Super Mario is always innovating with it's 18+ sets and today we got information on this years Lego Mario 18+ set being Lego 71438 Super Mario World: Mario and Yoshi which will retail for $130 and launch in October! This will be a brickbuilt version of Lego Mario and Yoshi in a 2D, 8bit style to mimic the game! It will be releasing just after the new Lego Super Mario summer 2024 sets though!
Yesterday, Lego released the trailer to the Lego Piece By Piece Pharrell Williams movie and today we got first images of the set which will be Lego 10391 Atlantis APS and include a black Lego rocket which was originally rumoured as a Lego Blacktron set and even includes 49 colourful Lego heads! The set should release at the end of September and the new Lego movie will release on September 20th!
On Black Friday, Lego will release the insane Lego 10335 Endurance Polarship and we now know that the GWP will be Lego 40729 James Carid Boat with two Lego sailor minifigures! We also got some leaked minifigures from the yet to be revealed Lego Star Wars summer 2024 sets like Lego Darth Jar Jar Binks or even a first look at the new Lego Star Wars Skeleton Crew minifigure which will be released in the Lego Onyx Cinder!
Lego is testing a brand new gimmick brick which will work with some new Lego 2025 sets specifically the Lego City 2025 sets! The brick works like Lego Mario and scans tiles to produce lights and sounds but is currently in testing! Bricklink Designer Program Series 2 sets also opened for pre-order whilst the Lego Bricklink Designer Program Series 5 are now open for voting! It also seems like we could be getting a new Lego Captain America 4 Brickheadz pack at the end of this year in December!
It sounds like a pretty incredible year for the Lego 18+ lineup too giving us so many sets from so many different Lego themes and Lego licenses and I'm sure many will be happy with more Lego Lord of the Rings sets and finally our first Lego Zelda set coming later this year that was revealed earlier this week with Lego 77092 Zelda The Great Deku tree and the first Lego Zelda set has also sold out of the initial pre-orders showing just how popular Lego Zelda could end up being!

Agreed, I can't get over how many people are complaining about the set, it looks freaking phenomenal
People have their expectations way too high nowadays imo, the thing looks so genuinely stunning and true to the real car.
Honestly if anything I'm only let down by the colour choice, it would've been awesome to see this car in a bright yellow or darker blue instead so part of me hopes the Countach might see a similar situation to the Fiat 500, which was released in pastel yellow then later blue.
@@clockwork3494 That would have been better especially since the Porsche 911 is in White already.
But with the Speed Champions Countach I thought they'd do it in White as it worked well. Plus White is iconic for the car hell the modern remake also came in White that was basically a redesigned Sian lol, which I liked a lot it was overhated imo.

Natural history museum, 2 more Lego stores to build a MOC, 2 mandalorian battle packs, moff Gideon set and Rex micro fighter, along with some pick a bricks. That’s what I’m buying, which with double points will get me to my next reward level and then I’ll be redeeming those points when the next modular is released 👌🏻

You probably already know this but for others, my understanding is that licensed sets like that the car companies usually end up dictating the color of the model and not Lego.

I’m a bit bummed about Mario set being how you described it. Was hoping it was just a full Yoshi only build like originally thought. But they haven’t missed a good one yet, so fingers crossed the 2d style set ends up looking amazing as a display

I agree that £80 is a chunk of money but compared to other icon sets and the price I initially thought it was going to be easily could have charged a £100 with the licence alone, £80 is a fair deal for around 950pcs.
And it's a 2in1 without having to be broken down. I think it's fair and a Day one buy.

Hopefully after they Finish G1 (hoping for a Starscream, Soundwave is more likely and a Megatron) then they move onto Bayverse/ROTB designs as I thought he'd be his ROTB Camaro to go along with the movie, more so in an Creator Expert style car.

I am really hoping Mario and Yoshi are 3D figures in some form fitting with Bowser and Piranha Plant, I love collecting these, and I wouldn't be interested in the idea of a 2.5D artwork like the Lego art line, I would really love it if Lego just continues making 3D figures like Bowser and Piranha Plant
Will need some better pictures of the Bumblebee, but first impressions aren't great. G1 design didn't translate quite as a well as the Optimus Prime. Will be curious to see the transformation process, and completed vehicle though. Icons Lambo despite some inaccuracies still looks fantastic, and the scaling looks great beside all of the other vehicles. Really expensive but a definite buy for me.
I can’t wait for the fart brick because I know that 80% of the new smart brick is just gonna be ports potty sounds.
Bumblebee is top of my list! Pity the Jules Verne Promo isn't available at the same time as him.

Ill get Bumblee someday as its not the cybertronian I thought they would release next. Im glad its at least the classic G1 version and not any of the movie versions. Kinda disappointed as I really thought Lego would have gone with Megatron first as him and Prime are one of the most iconic rivals in pop culture. Guess Ill have to keep waiting for that one. Really surprised Lego hasnt tapped more into Transformers as they have with IP's like Minecraft who excel at the block built aesthetic

I don’t think that bee and prime will be in scale. Cause bee in G1 is able to fit inside of buildings and stuff cause of how tiny he is. And Optimus was so much bigger than him in g1

Can't wait for that Bumblebee. It's still a little bit over my price range ($90 USD translates to about $120 USD) but I'll make an exception. I would love to support the Mario 18+ sets, but that's still a bit more expensive than I would like, especially if I'm going to be splurging on Bumblebee.

Since they are going for G1, I doubt they will ever do megatron since the engineering involved in making a gun form would be too much for a lego build, it would be fragile and wobbly
