I was a Christian and a Filipino, now I study Judaism. Judaism, the original faith of monotheism must be the true religion. Therefore I said to myself, to know more of Hashem is by meditating Judaism's teachings. I don't read the new testaments anymore it is quite inconsistent from what the prophets prophecy about the messiah.

marife salih Judaism as I said is the true religion. Their God is the god of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Jesus is not the messiah. The messiah is yet to come and when he comes it will be the last judgment. I respect Islam though for they believe only in one God. The new testament attached with the old is full of idolatrous teachings. It comes from the Romans and it is evil.

      +armando how
According to this law, do you have comprehensive penal laws, ceremonial laws, dietary laws (details how to conduct prayers in a house of worship, wedding, funerals, etc.), in other words, a complete guidance? Or is it you take something here, something there? (this is a sincere question) You see, the Christians of today, the only prayer that I know of that Christians do that can be traced to Jesus is the Lord's Prayer. Go to any church today, every one is different, some singing, some dancing, jumping up and down, with piano, electric guitars and drums. All these cannot be traced to Jesus. For Muslims, the Qur'an is the general instructions and the Hadith, the details. As an example, the Qur'an instructs as to do prayers in general terms only. The hadith give the details of how to do it (what to say, postures, times of prayers, etc). And the Prophet also warned us against doing innovations in the matters of religion. So, we cannot invent modes of prayers.

Tovia Singer, I have some questions regarding the dates you are getting on your prophecy timeline that you are showing at 11:31 in the video. Assuming that creation started at 3761 BC, you have dated the destruction of the first temple to 423 BC (3338). You have also dated the decree that Cyrus gave to the Israelites to 370 BC (3391). If I add 490 years to the get the date of the destruction of the second temple, I get about 66 to 67 AD (3828/9).
If I am interpreting this diagram right, there are some chronological issues that come up. For instance, every Ancient Near East (ANE) scholar I know will date the destruction of the first temple to 586 BC (3175/3176) and the potential decree of Cyrus to around 535 to 539 BC (3222 to 3226). How does about 160 years of history just disappear like that? What sources have you used to come to that conclusion? I know you do not like the greek historians that much (Herodotus, Xenophon, Ctesias).
Are you merely getting the dates of the fall of Babylon just from subtracting 490 years from the fall of the second temple? If that is the case, then there are serious methodological problems in your chronological reconstruction.

    • @zlatkoknezevic3386
      @zlatkoknezevic3386 8 месяцев назад

Bensperry, Tovia use rabbinic chronology named "Seder Olam" from II century CE, wrong chronology which is created in order to support rabinical anti-christian interpretation of prophecies. You are right about Your observation about wrong chronology.

I wondered about this prophecy and it fit tied more into the destruction of the temple and not Jesus so thank you for showing me this. I don’t think it messes with Christianity at all but it definitely shows how the old covenant ended in AD70 which actually ties into something I’ve already believed, but this helps me put that together a lot better.

✝️ JESUS IS THE MESSIAH THAT DANIEL PROPHESIED ✝️
The Messiah had to have come in Daniel Week 69, that was in the days of Rome, for the Prince Messiah of Week 69 is also the Prince of the Covenant (who brought the New Covenant) of Daniel 11:22 and is the same Prince of Princes (the Son of Man of Daniel 7, who will reign over the kingdoms of the World) of Daniel 8, and the one against him is Rome, the same one described in Week 69 that would bring down the City and the Temple (70 A.D).
Some want to say that these events did not occur at the time of Rome, and that he is talking about some Seleucid King, but Daniel 8:23 clearly explains that this character arises after the fall of the 4 Kingdoms of Greece (that is, he arises after the fall of the Seleucids, so he cannot be Antiochus)...this is Rome, who became an empire (27 BC) when the last Kingdom, the Ptolemies, was conquered by Rome.
What does all this mean then?...that Jesus was the wounded Messiah prophesied by Daniel, and that anyone claiming to be the Messiah after that date can no longer be considered Messiah, for the prophetic time has already passed, it would be too late...only Jesus fulfilled that prophecy at the exact time, and then the City and the Temple fell as Daniel said
Daniel's prophecy stopped when the City and Temple fell, this is because the prophecy of the 70 Weeks is for the People of Israel and the Holy City (Daniel 9:24), and at present Jerusalem is not fully theirs....
When the City is theirs, and the False Messiah appears, the revival of Rome with a New Herod posing as King of the Jews, making covenant with many, then the 70th Week will begin (the beginning of the events described in Daniel 11:23).... he in the middle of the Week will Reign for 3 and a half years, persecute the Understood of these prophecies, seek the removal of the New Covenant of the lamb from the hearts of those who are God's Temple, and bring Apostasy, exalting himself above all, as if he were God, thus bringing spiritual perdition, and will make alliance with 10 Kings...Egypt, Libya and Ethiopia will fall under his power...and he will return to Jerusalem with armies
This False Messiah is the Little Horn of Daniel 7 and its 10 horns, coming out of the 4th Beast/Rome, and is also the feet of Iron mixed with clay (Iron/Rome, as the Iron of the Legs, resurfaces, making alliances with the 10 toes/Kings)
But in those days of Great Tribulation will return the Nazarene, the True Messiah, from where he ascended, from the East, from the Mount of Olives, and will defeat those Kings of the False Messiah/Gog, when he is surrounding Jerusalem with his armies....for in the last days the sealed Book of Daniel will be opened, and the kingdoms of the World and Jerusalem will accept with lamentation the Pierced One and his New Covenant, because they will understand these prophecies of Daniel to be fulfilled, being cleansed, made white and Purified through the New Covenant....

♦ If Cyrus is Messiah and shepherd and Jesus is not then Cyrus should be the one to come at the end of days and restore peace to the world.
That means Cyrus has a second coming ....... but wait ..... the shepherd comes from the house of David.
_[23] I will appoint over them one shepherd, My servant David, and he will feed them. He will feed them and be their shepherd. [24] I, the LORD, will be their God, and My servant David will be a prince among them. I, the LORD, have spoken._ (Ezekiel 34:23-24)
Tovia has created a problem for himself with his interpretation but if you've seen more recent vids he's lost some of that gut.
He must have had a chauffeur or his wife drove because he wouldn't get that gut behind the steering wheel.

    1. The entire prophecy of Daniel 9:24-27 covers a period of “seventy weeks.” This period applies to one complete, sequential block of time. This prophecy would start during the Persian period and would end during the time of the Messiah.
    2. Logic requires that the 70th week follow immediately after the 69th week. If it does not, then it cannot properly be called the 70th week!
    3. It is illogical to insert a 2,000-year gap between the 69th and the 70th week. No hint of this gap is found in the prophecy itself. There is no gap between the first 7 weeks and the following 62 weeks. Why insert one between the 69th and the 70th week?
    4. Daniel 9:27 says nothing about a seven-year period of tribulation, or about any Antichrist
    5. The focus of this prophecy is the Messiah, not the Antichrist. Modern interpreters have applied “the people of the prince” who would come to “destroy the city and the sanctuary” (verse 26) to the Antichrist. Yet the text does not say this. In the past, that sentence has been applied to the Romans, who under Prince Titus did “destroy the city and the sanctuary” in'‘A.D. 70
    6. “He shall confirm the covenant.” Jesus Christ came “to confirm the promises made unto the fathers.” Romans 15:8. Nowhere in the Bible is Antichrist ever said to make or confirm a covenant with anyone! The word “covenant” always applies to the Messiah, never to the Antichrist!
    7. “He shall confirm the covenant with many.” Jesus said, “This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.” Matthew 26:28. Jesus used the same words, because He knew that He was fulfilling Daniel 9:27!
    8. “In the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease.” The 70th week was from A.D. 27 to 34. After three and a half years of ministry, Christ died in A.D. 31, “in the midst [middle] of the week.” At the moment of His death, “the veil of the temple was rent [torn] in twain from the top to the bottom.” Matthew 27. The Great Sacrifice had been offered!
    9. “For the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate.” Jesus plainly applied this “abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet” (Matthew 24:15) to the time when His followers were to flee from Jerusalem before the destruction of the second temple in A.D. 70. Jesus told His 12 disciples, “When ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies [the Roman armies led by Prince Titus], then know that its desolation is near.” Luke 21:20, emphasis added. Those disciples did “see” those very events. Christ’s very last words to the Pharisees from inside the second temple were, “Behold, (Your house is left unto you desolate.” Matthew 23:38. Thus Daniel’s prophecy about Jerusalem becoming “desolate” was exactly fulfilled in A.D. 70! Jesus understood this perfectly.
    10. Gabriel said that the 70'week prophecy specifically applied to the Jewish people (see Daniel 9:24). During the period of Christ’s public ministry of 3 1/2 years, the Master’s focus was largely upon “the lost sheep of the house of Israel” (Matthew 10:6). After His resurrection and then for another 3 1/2 years, His disciples preached mostly to Jews (see Acts 1-6). After that second 3 1/2-year period, in 34 A.D., the bold Stephen was stoned by the Jewish Sanhedrin (see Acts 7). This infamous deed marked the then-ruling Jewish leaders’ final, official rejection of the gospel of our Savior. Then the gospel went to the Gentiles. In Acts 9, Saul became Paul, the “apostle to the Gentiles” (Romans 11:13). In Acts 10, God gave Peter a vision revealing it was now time to preach to the Gentiles(see Acts l0:1-28). Read also Acts (l3:46) Thus approximately 3 1/2 years after the crucifixion-and at the end of the 70-week prophecy given for the Jewish people-the gospel shifted to the Gentiles exactly as predicted in Bible prophecy.

Multiple problems with your interpretation here my friend, Ezra's pronouncement was only to rebuild the temple, but Daniel 9 says:
"So you are to know and understand that from the issuing of a [y]decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem, until [z]Messiah the Prince, there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; it will be built again, with [aa]streets and moat, even in times of distress." NASB
There are three potential decree's we could choose from. The first is from Cyrus does decree to rebuild the temple; however if you look at the details you find the following. Cyrus's decree was only to rebuild the Temple, not all of Jerusalem. The city was not rebuild in response to this decree. This fails on both points that would require rebuilding of the city, and a decree to do so.
The next decree is mentioned by Artaxerxes in 457BC that said to rebuild the temple too. Some work was completed on the temple and the city was partially rebuilt about 60 years later. This decree fails to meet the requirement to restore all of Jerusalem, just the temple. (Even with the calculations off this decree, it points to Jesus as Messiah)
The last decree that it could be is found in Nehemiah 2 (Artaxerxes Longimanus in 444BC) which specifically mentions Jerusalem is still in ruins. Nehemiah writes this in Chapter 2:
"7 And I said to the king, “If it pleases the king, let letters be given me for the governors of the provinces beyond the River, so that they will allow me to pass through until I come to Judah, 8 and a letter to Asaph the keeper of the king’s forest, so that he will give me timber to make beams for the gates of the citadel which is by the [c]temple, for the wall of the city, and for the house to which I will go.” And the king granted them to me because the good hand of my God was on me."
The next verses details the decrees and letters that were specifically mentioned in Daniel 9. Nehemiah continues to describing the full restoration of Jerusalem. This can also be verified by Josephus who tells us that it was a 49 year period to restore and rebuild Jerusalem which fits the verse perfectly. The details are very specific in Daniel and Nehemiah, the other decrees fail to support this prophecy.

I'm confused. Was the First Temple destroyed in 586 BCE or in 423 BCE? Why is there a discrepancy of 163 between the accepted secular date for the destruction of the First Temple and the date given by the Jewish Sages in Seder Olam? I've tried to read Rabbi Alexander Hool's book, "The Challenge of Jewish History: The Bible, The Greeks & The Missing 168 Years," and I simply cannot wrap my mind around his presentation. Could somebody dumb it down for mass consumption? I've heard (from Rabbi Berel Wein) that Rabbi Shimon Schwab suggests that the 168 years were consciously removed from the Jewish calendar in order to obscure the date for the coming of Mashiach. Any thoughts on that?

Now let me understand this correctly: "From the time the word goes out to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One, the ruler, comes, there will be seven ‘sevens." Confirmation: If the Anointed ruler was Cyrus, did the word got out from Hashem to rebuild Jerusalem 49 years before Cyrus' commandment? But how many years into his reign did Cyrus command Jerusalem to be rebuilt? After which Jerusalem will be built up during 434 years even during times of trouble. Commandment of Cyrus was in 536 bce according to my knowledge. In which case: 536 bce and 434 years will be in 102 bce when an Anointed one will be put to death. But this Anointed one was the High Priest who was forced from his office and executed?? in year 66 NOT in 102 bc. And year 66 was halfway into the last 70th week. So 70th week would then begin year 70 minus 7 that is 63 current era. Counting 62 weeks (434 years) backwards from year 63: 63 minus 434 years was year 401 bce. And if you count the 69 weeks before year 63 ce, this will be the result: 63 minus 490 == year 427 bce. Have I missed something? Further: what was the convenant that the prince of Rome?? set up with "the many" for a "seven" that is the 70th week, was there any convenant with the Romans beginning in 63 current era? And did the Romans stop the sacrifices half way into the 70th week, when the Hight Prest was destroyed? Was the abomination put up in the temple a statue of Titus or Vespasianus?

Messiah, the root of Jessie is not known by the title but the description of that figure. It is really not the suprise. On top of that, at the completion of seventy weeks the righteousness will be brought and anoint the Holy of Holies. In fact with all the temple and city devastated for 2000 years onwards which Jews must have commited so great of a sin since Hashem promised that He would wipe them away when they turn back from Him, the righteousness have not been brought to them and the Holy of Holies have not been anointed after those seventy weeks which is the whole point about it.

Interesting thing about Daniel 9:26 and its interpretation...early Christians considered it to refer to Herod Agrippa (II)...which makes for better internal logic, as he was a prime candidate for being a "messiah nagid who was to be cut off. Why? After the destruction of the temple, he went full-on "Two Powers in Heaven" and started considering the God of the Jews as jealous of a higher "Good God"...as in Plato's ideas. The Good is "Chrest." As in Chrestian, The Jossipon has an intersesting speech by Herod Agrippa (II) pretty much demonstrating he saw himself as the fulfilment of Dan 9:26...among other 'fulfilments.' Origen is among those who connected Daniel 9:26 and Herod Agrippa (II)

    • @AvnerRosenstein-ULTRA-LXV
      @AvnerRosenstein-ULTRA-LXV 8 лет назад

The reason why some Jews do not believe the second Messiah is Agrippa is from the text. The first Messiah is called Mashiach Nagid or Anointed ruler. The second one, who was cut off, is not mentioned as being Mashiach Nagid, therefore it was a non-ruler messiah. Agrippa was the king and therefore a ruler. The high priests were not considered rulers in the manner of Kings and Princes. Just figured I would mention this, do not mean any disrespect.

This explanation poses enormous chronological problems. If the second temple stood for 420 years, as claimed here, it would have to have been completed in about 350BC. This was, according to Ezra 6/7, in the sixth year of King Darius (the Great). However, Alexander the Great conquered Jerusalem, and the Persian Empire, in 333BC. How can all the Persian rulers that succeeded Darius the Great fit in the small sliver of time allotted? Jewish chronology only allows about 55 years for the Persian Empire, when conventional chronology counts about 200 years.
The proposed explanation of Dan 9:24-27 in this video gives no explanation of God's wrath so as to totally destroy Jerusalem, the Temple, and so many of the Jews in AD67-70. This calamity happened for a reason, but no reason is offered here. Why was God so angry with the Jews? Daniel, who was given the prophecy, understood why the Jews incurred God's wrath. That's what his prayer in chapter 9 in all about.
Also, the 40 years between 30AD and 70AD are well explained by the 40 days (picturing years) that Ezekiel lies on one side for the sins of the House of Judah in Eze 4.

Okay. I cannot help it. I will correct him.
King Cyrus ended the dispora, but he was the anointed one that was being talked about in Daniel 9. By logic in the word of God itself completely destroys this.
Even exposes that Jews of today aren’t from the actual bloodline. They are from a heritage of converts. Everyone has a bit of Shem blood in them, even this guy. But he’s converted to a religion.
And the Jews that were in captivity were there acting as if they were doing everything God told them to do. They weren’t. Isaiah 1 clearly states that they were backslidden. He stated that if they would return he would forgive them of their sins and make them white as snow.
But again, they were doing the sacrifices and feasts, but they wanted the glory for themselves. Pride in ones heritage over another. Not giving thanks to God but rather thanks to themselves.
    Hence Gods wrath
Do God sent Jesus Christ to them. At that time they were making converts in these backslidden Jews. So the bloodline around the time of Jesus Christ was already almost out. They were living under Roman rule.
So Cyrus wasn’t the messiah the Moshiach as they say in Daniel 9. Cyrus was anointed to rebuild the temple and Israel. UNTO the anointed that would come and fulfill the prophecy starting in Daniel 9:24-27.
Logically it had to be. 490 years puts it dead on the money with the timing of the cross .
Going on from there, the backslidden Jews had the Romans crucify Jesus Christ and then they went right back and started sacrificing after God sent his anointed Jesus Christ to the be the final sacrifice once and for all.
The Jews knew the law, they knew they couldn’t do it. But they made up all kinds of loopholes to get around even the 10 commandments that they adhered to. This was the oral law that Jesus spoke against.
If you believe you are deity, you can make up whatever you want and call it divine revelation and because you think you’re thoughts are that of Gods then it’s difficult to get around that in a conversation.
However, a rational person can read the Bible and count. Logic dictates that no one could ever do the law right. Of course our flesh wants loopholes to law, but we still cannot do it. So a savior needed to be sent to save all of mankind. Every single one of us .
So when they didn’t stop sacrificing God kicked them out in 70AD. For the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate.
What desolate? Jerusalem!! Why did he make it desolate? Because their sacrifices were an abomination.
Why? Because they rejected Christ. And then it goes on to say until the consummation.
The consummation is the end. That’s the end of this earth. The only way someone can interpret it would be to the end when the saints are gathered with whomever this messiah was in Daniel 9:27 was. Whom is proven is Christ Jesus.
So the end would be that. But to a rabbi, he would spin that to mean them and going back to Israel as a possible scenario. But again, logically that cannot be. We only have the word of God. But again, if someone thinks they are deity, no matter what the word of God says, they can spin it however they want and call it divine revelation. They have that power and if we aren’t them, we don’t.
Okay, but someone who studies the Bible and believes what’s in it will come to a complete different conclusion than that.

does Deuteronomy 28: 15-68 pertain to the Jews that are in Israel now,
Revelation 2: 9 says a lot. Look up their flag's pentagram history, a

Those hamites living nearest to land of Kanaan was not black, but same colorings as the Semites. Like the canaanites and the phoenicians. Furthermore, when Judaism's "real" messiah shows up and the messianic age begins, he is supposed to build the temple or oversee it be built. And the universal knowledge of the one True God will be throughout the world - no false religions, idols, etc.
So the temple gets rebuilt in the messianic age by the messiah.
How then is it, that in Daniel 12, there will be the abomination of desolation setup in said temple for 1290 days and blessed are those who wait to the 1335th day (the day that Jesus Returns) if it is the true messiah age ? No, it will be a false messiah age, because Judaism forthcoming "real" messiah as Judaism calls him - will turn out to be the Antichrist.

Paula Eilene Wallace We see how Jesus fulfilled the Bible's prophesies pertaining to the Savior. Then we look at what the Moshiach, that the Jewish faith is waiting for, we see the antichrist agenda doing the same thing. Don't get me wrong, I would hope no one falls for this deception, but according to our new covenant prophesies many will. The antichrist will come like a good shepherd ushering in peace. Sound familiar? May God have mercy! We all want to do right by God is why we study and pray, at least find out what the mark of the beast is in Christianity.

Let's not forget the nice snake handlers in the southern denominations. All are part of the "united states"of Churches. Almost forgot about the nice folks in the Philippines who nail themselves to crosses... don't want to exclude them from the body of believers. The timing of Jesus does work Tovia. He's baptised by John at the beginning of the seventieth week. He's now "anointed". His ministry is exactly 3 1/2 years long. He's crucified in the midst of the week on the passover. He rises three days and three nights later. (hard feet for a false messiah). Then a 40 year period occurs for Israel to repent of what was prophesied to take place to begin with. The roman siege resumes the last shabua and lasts exactly 3 1/2 years according to Josephus ending in 70 a.d. and completing the prophecy. Israel is done away with the temple and the law and all that's left is the new covenant established by the blood of the Messiah, Jesus. Not one stone left upon another exactly as He told them. The new Jewish Christians fled the city as Jesus had warned them to do and many of the Jews perished in judgment while many were scattered as the prophets foretold.

Tovia, if you understood Daniel 9, you would know that the messiah cutoff is Jesus, and the prince who shall come is the future Judaism's messiah, who is the Antichrist, who will betray the Mt. Sinai Covenant and the Jews.At which time, Tovia, you and all Israel will embrace Jesus as the messiah, because for one thing you are going to see that you are wrong about Daniel 9:26-27. Judaism teaches that the new covenant in Jeremiah 31 is a "renewal" of the Mt. Sinai covenant. In Daniel 9:26 the prince who shall come confirms the (Mt Sinai) for 7 years.Which following Gog/Magog is going to seem to fulfill Judaism's expectations. And the confirmation of the Mt. Sinai covenant will be that "renewal" (which it is irrational that the Mt. Sinai covenant needs renewing - because when did it "expire" - really Tovia? )Which that confirmation for 7 years is right in you bible as a requirement that Moses made in Deuteronomy 31:9-13, that the law be read to the gathering of Israel to all future generations on a 7 year cycle - which would be the "for 7 years" in Daniel 9:26.That's what the Antichrist will oversee, from the temple mount, which will begin the 7 years.

    • @Douggg1000
      @Douggg1000 8 лет назад

Philip, the Antichrist will oversee the building of the temple. It will not be the messianic age temple in Ezekiel, but because of the compressed time of the prophecies, the temple he will desecrate will be an interim temple of minimum size - to expedite the reinstatement of making the daily sacrifice and the holy days observances such as Yom Kippur.
The tent tabernacle in the wilderness was only the size of two large bedrooms. So about 15 ft x 32 ft. Which would not take time to construct as an interim. There would also have to be built an altar outside, to burn the sacrificed animals.
The time factor involved is that the person becomes the Antichrist following immediately after Gog/Magog, in a wave of messiah euphoria following that event.
In Daniel 8, the person who becomes the Antichrist, the little horn, from when the sacrifices are started again, to his stopping them, to the transgression of desolation (him going into the temple sitting claiming to have achieved God-hood) , to the abomination of desolation (an image made of him, an idol) placed in the temple, to all of that being purged of the temple, cleansing of the temple when Jesus returns - is 2300 days.
So if we take the 2300 days from the 2520th day that Jesus will return on (the last day of the 70th week of Daniel) - we get 220. Which means that on day 220 from when the Antichrist confirms the Mt. Sinai covenant in his charade as the Jewish messiah, the 7year cycle law that Moses made in Deuteronomy 31:9-13, 220 days into that 70th week - the temple will be built and animal sacrifices begun again.
The Antichrist will not destroy said temple. It will be standing when Jesus returns. It will not be the real messianic age temple. But it will be a temple dedicated to the worship and praise of the God of Israel - which we can't fault Jews (Judaism) for that intention in wanting the temple built.
That temple, small in size, will probably be destroyed by Jesus at his return, and not be a part of the messianic age temple. Here is why I say that....
The Abomination of Desolation, the image, placed in the temple,
will be animated, appearing to come alive, in Revelation 13. The Abomination of Desolation is also in Daniel 12. What makes that image, a statue in the likeness of the Antichrist appear to take on life, is that it will be incarnated by Satan.
In Ezekiel 28:16-19, the second half of that Chapter, there are some verses about God casting Satan down to earth, and causing a fire to come up in his midst leaving nothing but ashes - which the kings of the earth will actually see Satan in the flesh so to speak.
Which if that statue is in the temple, the temple would have to be crumbled so that the image be exposed which the facade of the image will be melted away and there will be Satan standing exposed
on the temple mount. Before the lone angel descends (Revelation 20) to bind him in chains to take him to the bottomless pit.

Philip, the no-one made a peace agreement "for 7 years" with anyone, including Titus . It does not even make sense to make a peace agreement stipulated to last for 7 years. The Romans did not fulfill Daniel 9:27 because there was no for 7 years peace agreement to start out with - to be broken in the miiddle.
The Romans did fulfill 9:26 in that they destroyed the temple and city - making them the people of the prince who shall come.
The entire idea that the confirms the covenant for 7 years is a peace treaty of some sorts is
not on the right track anyway.
Jews believe that the new covenant in Jeremiahs 31 actually means a renewal of the mt. Sinai covenant. So following Gog/Magog the confirming of the Mt. Sinai covenant for the 7 year term will be that renewal they are looking for (in their eyes). Unfortunately for them it will be by the Antichrist.

I am going to agree with you that God made an eternal covenant with the children of Israel that he would be their God and they His people. However, that covenant was never a covenant for eternal life.
The big mistake that Judaism makes is that everyone has eternal life by default - except the very wicked.
Apart from Jesus's death on the cross to remove a person's sins as though they never happened - rejecting him, dying that way, a person dies in their sins, and will not inherit eternal life. There is salvation been made available for mankind because Satan has been judged and will be destroyed - which in justice God will destroy all persons likewise for their sins as well. Don't go down to destruction with Satan.
Which the new covenant in Jeremiah 31 is the one for eternal life.
