What is the significance of on-board 7.2kW charger? It should be able to charge faster, but if household power supply cannot sustain 7.2kW for long is there a way to scale down charging power even if car has 7.2kW?

Nice car, We have the same, unfortunately our charging cable no longer goes out of the plug, also the gear lever blocked. He does not give computer errors. Have you experienced this yet?
We tried everything, unlock the car again over and over again 😩 Even the touring roads help couldn't get him out. Have you or someone else experienced this before? Can you show the box ? What color should the lights be ? Mine after one year keeps now turning off . I have 2 yellow lights on the box
