Amazing transformation! I can confirm the healing powers of DDPY. I am 54, 15 months in, lost 54 lbs and my back pain went from "so bad I can hardly breath" to basicly non existent. No matter what you go through in life, no matter the pain, push through it! NEVER stop, NEVER give up!
Awesome!!! I think part of why so many people (including me) call out Arthur’s transformation is his battle against injury/pain. My physical problems are not as severe as his and Jade’s, but I know the answer is the same. Get off my butt, get re-engaged, get stronger and more flexible. Thank you for sharing your awesome achievements and struggles.
as a 40 year old combat disabled veteran with increasing health problems, I wish i could find the motivation to get back into shape and work through the pain. i am just so depressed that i have no motivation. I have no family or friends so i dont even see the point. I see stuff like this and its inspiring but i just dont care enough about myself. Good on you really awesome transformation.
Don't give up please, your life matters if you still here is because you have a purpose take time for your self, rest, eat healthy ,read, take a note book write all your emotions, feelings pains everything is in your heart and then read it this help a lot, talking to God about EVERYTHING he allways listening, I'm recovering from horrible depression all this is helping me , I sent you a gentle hug, please don't give up 🙏💙🕊️❤️
the secret is, the feelings FOLLOW the action. you fake it until you make it. once you put in the work, you WILL see the point. the friends come into your life as you being to feel better and your vibes become positive and draw others in. and those friends become like family if you ever read this, i promise - you won't still feel like this if you can just fake it till you make it and get started
Not a vet (or a doctor) but I struggle with motivation a lot too. Advice I got in mental hospital is that no matter how unmotivated you are when you wake up on the morning, DO ANYTHING in your power to make sure one constructive useful thing and one (non self-destructive!) fun thing gets done every day. Sense of achievement from doing one can generate momentum to maybe do more. If lack of friends/family is the issue holding you back, focus those “useful” activities on meeting or reconnecting with people. Ask if you can go on an antidepressant or ADHD medicine, even if just for the short term, to get the temporary boost of motivation you need to fix the “can’t get started” and “no friends” problems. It’s a long way up from rock bottom but take it one day at a time. I will pray for you. :)
I am so proud of you and I've never met you. Just goes to show what mindset, will and strength she has. What a transformation ❤ And to see your child doing it with you, what a positive message that is to them ❤
I am almost a month in doing DDPY, I've lost 15 lbs, but gained 10 this morning because of my period. I am still determined. I want to achieve greater.
You've inspired me! I lost my husband last year, been depressed, I work all the time and just been unmotivated. But seeing your video makes me feel like I can do this too! Thank you! You're so beautiful and I'm so happy for you!
Your story sounds so familiar, I just signed up for DDPY. I am 40 and my back pain is present all day and its worse at night time. Thank you for sharing your story, its motivating and encouraging.
DDPY is such a good way to stay in shape, I practice it too at the gym at it makes the difference. I say well done to you and your inspirational journey.
Amazing..it's unreal how chronic back pain will go away when you start using your body like it's meant to be used. You build a strong core and your back muscles will no longer struggle to hold up your body, pain goes away.
Such a darling and what an awesome transformation. I'm so happy for her and that now she's pain free and healthy so she can finally enjoy her life. Great job Jade.
Wow girl!! You’ve just inspired me 💎 I was a DDPY “evangelist” and had some success when I first began back in 2018 but Illness and pain and surgeries kept derailing me and now I’m in constant pain and have lost my athleticism. Arthur inspired me years ago to start and you’ve just inspired me to get back to it!! Also that back roll/flip!!! Holy smokes!!
so amazing DDPY definitely works if you put in the time and effort and woman you definitely did both congrats on your journey it has only just begun enjoy the rewards of your hard work truly inspirational
It’s not how many times you fall down that matters, it’s how many times you get back up. Gather up your pieces and start again. No matter how many times it takes!!! I’m in the not started zone too, but I haven’t given it up! It is a life goal.
Waouw!!! You are a warrior my dear, wonderful what you could achieve, you are inspiring 😃👌 Bravo! You can be very proud of yourself. I will try to take example, I just need to get my will power back, which goes through my psyché..
I am from India, I am also going through almost same journey, I was in chronic pain from last 8 yeast because of AS, because of AS I have lost interest in almost everything but last 4-5 months are purely transformational because I am in my healing journey just by doing intermittent fasting, clean eating (gluten free, dairy free & sugar free). At the same time I am doing yoga for better mobility & gym for muscle training. I hope I am going to do heavy weight lifting in coming months which is beyond medical science thinking in AS.
You were cute anyways, but you look amazing now and happy! Great job, thank you for sharing. I'm on my journey back and watching this video really inspired me to keep on going. I need my health back. ✌
I always feel so motivated when watching these videos but then I remember that I'm poor and I can't afford the DVDs or gear to really fully commit to these things I have a really bad motivation problem depression and anxiety is taking its toll to a point where I'm not sure what I can and can't do anymore
You should never think that way my brother like my buddy Joe dirt says "you can't have no in your heart" and if you need a friend you could always reach out to me I used to be 400 lb and now I'm 200 but it's a long story
I've always found my mat time a great remedy for my anxiety and depression. Even when life has gone downhill I know that I can at lesat give myself 30 minutes of respite form that bs. I believe they have a "hardship program" to help those of us who are financially challenged (me included) get some access to the app. Try getting in touch with customer support!
Ik it’s a long shot but yo ddp my wife is suffering from fibromyalgia iv seen what yoga can do but she just doesn’t think she can do it with the pain any suggestions!? I need my wife back 😢
Muito bacana, mas acho que deveriam falar mais sobre a mudança alimentar, ou o povo acaba achando que se alongar e ficar sentando e levantando da cadeira faz milagre!
The 'medical' community likes to 'practice' on people with meds and surgeries and rarely speaks of exercise and nutrition. Why? Because it would render many obsolete.
I used to agree with you but doctors can’t force people to eat right and exercise. That’s why medicine exists and why we have breakthrough meds like Ozempic that will save millions of people from type 2 diabetes and obesity
You know they’ve done studies on doctors the push diet/exercise and it turns out Americans don’t want a hard solution. They want pills so hey can continue to eat trash
You gave yourself back your life don't ever forget that. DDP just helped with tools, but you did the work. WOW just wow, congrats. DDP changing lives
This is a great comment - huge props to Jade for her ongoing commitment to changing her life!
What is DDP?
@@waffle_chair9269 DDP Diamond Dallas Page. The guy who's yoga she used, the man that made this possible for all. A great wrestler and human.
Yes. I would like to know as well. I just know DDP as Diet Dr. Pepper.

Did you follow the diet plan as well? Or just the yoga?
This is so inspirational. I'm so glad for her that her back pain is better.
Holy crap!!!! Way to go!!!!! 😍🥰👍
I’m 45 and back pain is my constant nemesis. This is so encouraging!!! Thank you! 💜

You corrected your hyperlordosis! That is amazing.
Looking amazing, but more importantly, moving better without obvious pain! ❤️
Congratulations!!

There are so many yoga channels on YT for free. Just follow some Yoga for beginners.. don't give excuses. Adopt a positive mental attitude.

Thais bullshit. Lifestyle changes are usually the first-line therapy. Its just that most people cant do it.
Search dr Gary Fettke. Many are silenced, because the public is ignorant and or allows the system to exist as it does.
Wow.
Holy shitballs Jade.
