    Hi Aida thank you, I’m just now starting to practice true acceptance and not doing anything to fix the symptoms but it’s hard. I have a bad habit of wanting to do something about it to keep myself “safe”, but I’m starting to trust more and seeing how harmless they truly are and do disappear when I don’t even try to fix anything.

    Thanks for this Aida. I feel that’s exactly what I’m doing. Just want to see a glimpse of relief. Just so hard when symtoms are so debilitating everyday 😥.
    Just wanted to ask you mentioned there are links for guided meditation. I don’t see them?
