(My school was 2 story’s so it took a bit) While we were on our way a male sub stopped us and asked where our hall pass was,(when we left the classroom it was still considered the time to switch classes, so my teacher didn’t think we needed one) My friends explained what was going on.. this grown ass man said “Take her back to class, she’s fine. Cramps don’t exist.” My friends and I were trying to explain to him I REALLY needed to go to the nurse. He threatened us with being expelled if we didn’t go back. We just went a different way.

Anxiety is normal if it’s not constant or bothering you extremely, and it might get worse when you’re a teenager. I used to have a friend who called herself fat and ugly all the time and she would compare herself to people. I tried to help her because she wasn’t fat or ugly(being fat doesn’t make you ugly btw) but she didn’t believe me and after a while I had to stop talking to her and she was fine. Sometimes people say things like that to make you feel bad, and maybe that’s not what she’s doing, but you don’t have to listen to that if you don’t want to.
As someone who has just gotten they first period, you do notice sings of it coming like a few Weeks before getting it I started having discharge headaches, moodswings and cramps. So that could have also caused this but I do wish your friend goodluck and that hopefully she will know she’s beautiful no matter what!
I don't know if u have your period but if u have discharge it could be a year or 2 before you get it! Me personally was 2 years and you may not get any signs like when I got it, it was completely unexpected so just be careful and stay safe❤
As a person who is currently going through puberty, anxiety is perfectly normal. Some may be worse then others, like I got 3 panic attacks this week, but it could also be that you might think your fat or ugly. If you friend repeats that a lot though, it means she wants attention, which is not a good thing, but it’s not horrible. So either if she wants attention or if she really means it, you can always show her pretty models and say that she looks like them. ❤

Read an article about a grown man who thought that women dragged out their periods for multiple days to garner sympathy instead of just getting it all out the same day. I flat out refuse to let my sons leave my house uneducated, and I’m a really private (about my menstrual cycle) grown woman in my 40s. Never asked a guy to buy me supplies, nada. The article I read (which had multiple ignorant statements from grown men regarding periods; God, I wish I could find it again!) and videos like this reinforced my decision to educate all of my boys before letting them leave the nest.

Hi can you make a video of my period story :hear it is: I got my first period and didn’t tell my mom so I went to school with nothing I told my friend she hadn’t gotten hers yet but she had pads in her locker just in case so she gave me one and I was to embarrassed to ask for another one so I was sitting in my blood for a good 2 hours. That day we had a lockdown drill so I was sitting the floor locked in a room for another hour. Then we had to go outside for like another hour and you know how cold weather makes your cramps worse let’s just set it was freezing out and I didn’t have my jacket so I was standing their outside having bad cramps and I was going to ask for another pad but we had locker break at 3rd period and wen we got back in it was 4th so ya I couldn’t ask for another and I was to embarrass to go to the nurse 🙂

7:07 that's true! A *GUY* told me that aswell so I'd do it 2 times EVERY DAY for atleast 10 months. I didn't turn our great at all. But everything's fine now ✌️ *edit* (oh and i swear the guy who told me that only showered once every 3 weeks. he stunk.)

One time in high school I got my 7th period and we were giving a speech in front of the whole school and and my BFF tried to give me a wedgie but instead ripped my underwear and I was too embarrassed to say anything and then panted me and stapled the pants to the floor
And I couldn't move so I was there for so long I peed my pants and she held the pad and underwear in front of everyone after I finally escaped

I got my first period and didn’t tell my mom so I went to school with nothing I told my friend she hadn’t gotten hers yet but she had pads in her locker just in case so she gave me one and I was to embarrassed to ask for another one so I was sitting in my blood for a good 2 hours.
That day we had a lockdown drill so I was sitting the floor locked in a room for another hour. Then we had to go outside for like another hour and you know how cold weather makes your cramps worse let’s just set it was freezing out and I didn’t have my jacket so I was standing their outside having bad cramps and I was going to ask for another pad but we had locker break at 3rd period and wen we got back in it was 4th so ya I couldn’t ask for another and I was to embarrass to go to the nurse 🙂
Wow...I'm convinced men should not be allowed to leave home till their mama or a woman at least smacks some sense into them. Thankfully my dad wasn't like this. Now, my mom was. She thought i was just being a little B. 😅. Man, i feel so bad for anyone who has/had to lut up with this stupidity.
My husband believed perid cramps weren't a big thing until i eneded uo in the ER. He had a change of heart 😅
