I appreciate my dad for just being in my life... I know the bar is low. My dad is a genuinly good man though.
This is a story my best friend told me. A boy in her class saw her bag one day and asked “why do you have two pencil cases in your bag?” My friend to him to go ask the teacher and the look on his face when he walked back was priceless! 😂
When my father told his coworker to take midol for a toothache (my dad started to do it after my mom said it would help) this 40 or so man said no I don't want to grow boobs

WANTED TO CONFUSE THEM. SO YOU KNOW WHAT I SAID? I ACTED SERIOUSLY AND SAID SOMETHING ABOUT "oh but I have to WEAR both my PADS and diapers"
@@JustSharon it's actually worst than that, this OP's comment: his daughter farted so loud and hard in front of him and he was freaked out so bad. He didn’t want her living with him and chewed her out about women don’t fart or poop, why was she doing that. He was sooo mad and screaming at her. I intervened into it and he was soooo upset.
My 26 year old cousin once said to me that when a girl is on her periods she shouldn't bath , eat sour food , go to a temple , enter the kitchen because she is dirty on her periods ever since that day i never talked to him
1. Don't take bath, because of Ayurveda. Learn about it, you will find it pretty reasoning... 2. Don't eat sour food, because sour foods can increase cramps, just like how dairy products does.( I guess you are talking about achaar, but the answer is not based on achaar). 3. See it's basic thing that, when you go to temple you should take a bath. As you haven't taken bath in the first place. You are asked not to enter temple.... 4. To me when I am on my periods I would love to lie down and not to do any work, maybe exercise and do some meditation. I won't love to bend and put rangoli or work in the kitchen or in office that's why menstrual leave is asked right?. Hope you and all the other girls understand this. Thank you
This belief actually exists in South India. Here 60%of elders especially women believes so. But, I haven't heard this bath thingy yet . Here it is said that you should bath twice daily especially on periods. I have heard all the other things. And about temple restriction, hindu scriptures which say that when a mensturating women enters a temple, she has similar power to the diety , and in that case, the diety 's power will be transffered to her. I dont know whether it is true, But I believe it and I keep a check that neither me or anybody near me does that ...
Hi Sharon I love your videos so much 💗. It helps me feel so confident about myself and helps me feel like I can do it you know? Love you so so so so much
So I saw this video and this lady was laughing so hard she peed her pants. The guy was like you're fine because u have a tampon in. The lady then had to explain that she has 3 holes. The guy took off his sunglasses and looked🤣😂 at the other guy in the room and said "is it true" . It was such a funny video.
Your content helps people feel not alone and I'm glad your videos can help people figure out what to do in tough situations and you help people look at the bright side of things when things are tough.
My school did but we still got taught the same things just thought like girls would be more comfortable to ask questions and stuff without boys around and vice versa which was definitely true, we also had an anonymous question box too
9:04 the way mine broke from a fall off a horse! as soon as you said from riding a horse, i jumped up and screamed exactly! I was 8 and we went to the doctor cuz blacked out for a few minutes and i told mom there is blood there and she asked the doctor and he said that due to x-rays not showing any damage, its just that it broke and nothing else.
I woke up and I have been having a really heavy flow and I woke up to kool laid in my bed this morning I bled through my pad and stained one of my fav blankets😭😭😭
My 5 and 12 year old brothers probably know more about periods than a 45 year old man because once I was on my period and told my mum while they were both in the room and the 12 year old asked what a period was I explained very brutally what it was
my dad once straight up told me that i was making myself have period cramps, and that there was no way they could hurt as bad as they do because "you're too young for that". 💀
To be honest with the whole period thing(as a woman). I had to read a book about periods on my own to understand it. My funny thing is I thought pads were for your feet. Why? Because I found them when I was like 7 and they perfectly fit my feet. My mom didn't try to correct me
One time I asked my male teacher to go to the bathroom and he said no so I told him I have my period and he said that I can wait to just hold in my period😡
Sharon, tysm. I sit in my bed every night thinking abt my best friends ( both guys) one is gay but I like him lol. The other is straight and I like him a lot, I’m bi. I miss them more than anything when where apart, because where a friend group, I watch these vids to make myself feel better, about well, everything. I’m probably depressed aswell. I just wanted to say thank you so much for pulling me through.
a boy walked up to me the other day and told me that i shouldn't need to go to the bathroom if i had a tampon in because " nothing could get past the tampon because theres only one hole". he then proceeded to tell me that you don't need to take tampons out, they dissolve and once they dissolve you're done with your period for the whole month 🤦♀️🤦♀️.
I still wonder what does that left hand thumb rule or right hand rule or whatever we learnt in school is going to come to any use of us in real life...like if the fan in my house stopped functioning I'll still call an electrician and not just apply the physics that I learnt in middle school that I probably just forget the most part of. Instead if we were taught more about each other's body atleast we wouldn't have these people who were mentioned in the video 😭
The thing I don't get is why is men comparing every thing with getting kicked on the ball like we don't say that it doesn't hurt but they literally compare everything whith it
I remember when i had my period during family trip. I was maybe 11 and i asked my dad to buy me pads. He came back few minutes later with a pack of panty liners. I didn't have the heart to told him, that this won't help.

I'm so glad my dad is an educated man, he will go out and buy products for me, he will rub my back when my cramps get bad, he will warm up my heating pads, get me medicine, make me food, as dad's should.
This one guy made a TikTok saying that periods were a hoax, an excuse that girls made up. I really hope he was joking- 💀

When my father told his coworker to take midol for a toothache (my dad started to do it after my mom said it would help) this 40 or so man said no I don't want to grow boobs
My boyfriend thought that pads and diapers looked identical. He thought we wore diapers on our periods 😭
AGH THIS REMINDED ME ONE TIME IN A COMMENT SECTION I SAID I HAD TO WEAR DIAPERS AND SOMEONE CORRECTED ME SAYING PADS(I knew what PADS are but I used DIAPERS to confuse people)(why does it keep autocorrecting to all caps) AND I. WANTED TO CONFUSE THEM. SO YOU KNOW WHAT I SAID? I ACTED SERIOUSLY AND SAID SOMETHING ABOUT "oh but I have to WEAR both my PADS and diapers"
okay so i watched this video and it had a good analogy: we can’t hold in our period, just like if u got cut, you can’t hold the blood in. ♥️♥️♥️
I noticed that plushie and I thought it was a plague doctor but wasnt sure. Thanks for saying that at the end. He's adorable!!
I read a post on reddit the other day and this guy doesn't believe we don't poop or fart
who’s gonna tell him 💀
@@JustSharon it's actually worst than that, this OP's comment: his daughter farted so loud and hard in front of him and he was freaked out so bad. He didn’t want her living with him and chewed her out about women don’t fart or poop, why was she doing that. He was sooo mad and screaming at her. I intervened into it and he was soooo upset.

My 26 year old cousin once said to me that when a girl is on her periods she shouldn't bath , eat sour food , go to a temple , enter the kitchen because she is dirty on her periods ever since that day i never talked to him
bro im bleeding out me coochie i SMELL AN U WANT ME TO NOT BATHE, and NOTHING will stop me from eating sour foods
Thank you
@@Nightsky9423 Menstrual leave? That isn't a thing where I live. You either come to work or don't. If you don't, it counts as a vacation day.
Apart from the bath thing I've been told almost everything

To be honest with the whole period thing(as a woman). I had to read a book about periods on my own to understand it. My funny thing is I thought pads were for your feet. Why? Because I found them when I was like 7 and they perfectly fit my feet. My mom didn't try to correct me
One time I asked my male teacher to go to the bathroom and he said no so I told him I have my period and he said that I can wait to just hold in my period😡

a boy walked up to me the other day and told me that i shouldn't need to go to the bathroom if i had a tampon in because " nothing could get past the tampon because theres only one hole". he then proceeded to tell me that you don't need to take tampons out, they dissolve and once they dissolve you're done with your period for the whole month 🤦♀️🤦♀️.

Instead if we were taught more about each other's body atleast we wouldn't have these people who were mentioned in the video 😭
