Great video, top notch! I've seen the Dr. Kwon videos swinging the rope and other instructors where they detail the skeletal parts and joint movements like extension, flexion, adduction or abduction BUT your descriptions worked better for me! The really key moment was when you told Billy the key was feeling the club at the top transition like the rope gently hitting your back and the pause letting it start down, you call it the tipping point. This video is great and the way you teach is very easy to understand. Thanks, I downloaded to my saved videos, I know it will be a great reference for me.

Loved these drills. I recently had developed a severe case of the shanks across all of my irons. The towel drill got me back in rhythm and let me get back to just swinging. Thanks!

Hitting 2 shots moderately better than the 'bad' shots is no fix. If the sole purpose of the lesson was to focus on swing rhythm and 'pendulum'...mission accomplished, if it was to 'fix' this persons golf swing/game....not even close.
