Your videos with Erica have not only been illuminating, you have a good chemistry. I played my first round for two months last week and my ball striking was as good as it has ever been just because I was concentrating on the relaxed arms and grip. Keep em coming.

Seem like easy to learn swing path by Erika; I'm 67 now & playd lot of golf until 10+ yrs ago- try to start again wit better swing.. had big slice problem with Driver & 3 wood; & hit fat or thin with irons-& ground hog dig ground on drives.. & rarely center best contact & distance hits;thanks

Excellent video on cause and effect of the "chicken wing". Love these videos because they focus on momentum yet illustrate that to have effortless extension, the swing intent should be on the target, not the ball. Thank you!

Hey! Great question....I would get with a great coach in person or online and work through the details together! Bunch of variables may affect that!

Percy Boomer years ago told us to swing inside a a rolling barrow. Guess what? The rib cage of our chest is the rolling barrow that swing our arms. Erica with her monkey arms teaches this to be true. Cheers😊🥂👍❤️

I can keep a relaxed swing until it comes to keeping my left arm straight. It requires so much work to keep my arm straight in the wind up and when I do I lose momentum when I start my swing.

Yeah I hear ya Keith....obviously with keeping things "relaxed" we still want to have some structure......we talk about that more in detail (how) here that may help:
