    🤣😂 I said to myself: "I can't believe I'm going to click on this lawnmower review on a channel I go to for camera gear reviews," but the comments alone have been worth it. I'm surprised you didn't attach a camera to it for LAWNMOWER'S POV.

      It actually a FPV camera on it, so I could have shared footage from that ;)

    Indeed a different video , Dustin! But I do appreciate it a lot. One question, I see your grass is quite short, which is the maximun hight in cm it can mawn??? on the other hand, what happens with all the mowned grass? At home we don't leave it on the grass, as it gets too dry and finally prevents newer sprouts. We prefer to compost it ! Thank you so much , and best wishes from Uruguay.

    Great review. I was wondering about the extra antenna and signaling. I have read that you have to have that to get it working. 🤔

      The Reference Station is included with the mower, and it is what enables much better wi-fi coverage to the unit as well as the ability to do remote, off site control

    Hi, I love your video, it solves some of my problems very well. Can you come up with a comparison of anthbot and sunseeker's lawnmower robots? Or other brands can also, want to buy a more stable performance of the lawn cutting robot, but know little about it.TNANK YOU VERY MUCH!

    Clippings are not picked up. Does thatch become a problem?

    • @DustinAbbottTWI
      @DustinAbbottTWI  Месяц назад

      It hasn't been a problem thus far for me. Part of the reality is that if you program it to mow fairly often, you don't end up with a lot of heavy clippings, and thus what falls is quickly absorbed and actually fertilizes your lawn.

    Very interesting review! I noticed your lawn isn't very thick, in camera terms I'd say 8MP 😃 Do you think it could handle a 45MP lawn? Also, are the blades "sharpen-able", or do you need to buy new ones? I enjoyed this non camera related review!

    • @DustinAbbottTWI
      @DustinAbbottTWI  Месяц назад +2

      Some good camera related questions. Yes, my lawn is really just now starting to thicken up because of all I had to do earlier this year in terms of repairs. I'm on a very sandy soil here, which is great for never getting water in your basement, but not so great for holding moisture for good grass. As for the blades - they are easily replaceable and it does come with a few replacement sets. You can also get 3 sets (24 blades) for just $25 (tinyurl.com/LubaBlade), so fortunately that aspect long term is pretty inexpensive.

      @@DustinAbbottTWI Excellent!! Sandy soil is very desirable for good growth, and those cool Canadian temperatures help. I see great progress in your lawn.

    So the question is would you buy one to use for your lawn or would you buy a gas lawn tractor and mow it yourself, or would you pay for lawn service?

    • @DustinAbbottTWI
      @DustinAbbottTWI  15 дней назад +1

      Fair questions. I will say this: after getting everything set up and tweaked, this is a pretty sweet way to maintain my lawn. It looks more consistently cut than ever before, and I feel like I'm dealing with less weeds as a byproduct.
